Please I will advice you to visit any federal Medical Center around you.. The can take it from there.... Because their are an differentials to a mass. You shouldn't isolate it to Lipoma...more clinical questions are needed to be asked..

Truvada(Emtricitabine + tenofovir) should be for Pre-exposure prophylaxis (prep).. Used mainly by people who are prone to HIV Exposure by a way of their profession(mainly Drs and lab. Scientists) and not for those who are already exposed to it and need drug against rapid viral DNA chain termination and incorporation viral DNA into the host.

That's if she is seropositive to HiV and she is taking her antiretoviral drugs religiously, the viral load will be highly reduced that it can rarely transmit to another via unprotected sex... Also if your immune system is very strongCd4 count is overwhelming it can suppress the viral infection...

Oga rush and look for post exposure prophylaxis for HIV. (Zidovudine) or any other.. Take it for 28days or more... Don't stay idle and wait to confirm if she infected you.. If 72hours elapses,you will face the other side of good health if findings prove positive..... Rush now before its too late.

school doesn't make any, it can only show you ways while you make yourself with personal decisions. Law school excellence clearly expressed the genuity of her certificate and capacity of the school.

I have come to realise that some kids might not be actually so pretty but as they grow, some modification occurs and you see them being very beautiful.... ...when it comes to intellectual capacity in the medical field, Nigerian Doctors are beating the record with outstanding achievements. The issue we are having is poor funding via procurement of equipment...
Before you say such try to know the mortality rate in surgeries by Nigerian doctors..
Be proud of your people and our product.. That is a classical sign that you are a disciple of improvement and betterment of the country.

There is nothing like first class in medicine, what they are issued is unclassified when it comes to Grading.. One may have some distinction in the course of His study but it doesn't make him First Class... Imagine going to the hospital and you hear that the doctor attending to you is a 3rd class Doctor, you will flee for your life...
There is more to medicine than mere grades.
Is An art which grades can not give you.. That's why many doctors with lots of distinction in school aren't the best doctors in the world.
You need Eye and hand cordination(Surgeons)
You need alot of thinking and debugging(physicians)

It's a pity what you are going through but never lose hope... There's still light in the tunnel.

As rightly pointed out by someone, those symptoms( parasthesia (pinlike tingling sensation) , pain, rashes and mostly occurring on the limbs) are pointing at peripheral neuropathy(neuritis). Mostly due to infection, injury and toxin consumption also seen in Diabetes patient.. It can be predisposed by an underlying condition.. Try and visit a good hospital, you will feel much better... Please don't self medicate to avoid exacerbation of the condition.

First mbbs examination is just normal 100level results in which some schools have a rule of not less than 50 in cumulative of the core science courses. While some schools choose a high CGPA 4.5 minimum.

I stand to challenge all citizens of nigeria to start in their little ways of life,position and place of work to evangelize a transformative and reformative change, as we look out to change the hands holding on to power, who then does the cap fit, we are looking up to our youths but they haven't raised a substantial evidence to switch to youthful leadership. We must live the change we want by making a positive difference where ever we find ourselves, leadership stems down to even course reps of various level, departmental, faculty and S.U.G presidents, as vibrant youth that have this leadership position, what have we made out from it? How have we impacted positively to the society, You mustn't wait to be a Governor before you can be a pragmatic leader, who ever that doesn't manage effectively the little given to him/her, can't manage even the biggest of all...... so I shout OUT to all youth leaders no matter how small your position is, start up from their, Leave positive scare in the minds of many, put smiles on the faces of many and then many will be convinced to trust the leadership of this country In the hands of the Youth.
I Believe the Youths are the best option for this country but we can't make a choice without reason to do so..... Start creating reasons for many to believe in our youths

HERE IS AN ACHIEVEMENT OF A POSITIVE MIND IN ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY UTURU.............if all leaders can start up, no matter how small we can make things Right again.
