From now on, the comic book character Thor will no longer be represented as a man in Marvel comics. ABC’s The View announced Tuesday that future stories will feature the god— not goddess — of thunder as a woman.
“This is not She-Thor,” senior writer Jason Aaron said in a Marvel release. “This is not Lady Thor. This is not Thorita. This is THOR. This is the THOR of the Marvel Universe. But it’s unlike any Thor we’ve ever seen before.”

Perhaps, someone could tell me about envy, suspicions and hate in polygamous family. Each family unit trying, attempting to out-do the other unit member and what not. A Polytechic graduate in accounting with HND will teach all the PHD holders including professors things they have never had of in their career history.

An OND Polytechnic holder,will comfotably teach a doctorate all he needs to know about accounting and same goes to Engineering Polytechic graduates.

While a University is offering 5 courses in final year, a Polytechnic student is managing nothing less. Than 10 complex papers incuding cumbersome Case theories to hack.

Ask for ICAN,CITN,ACCA and any other Finance related Professional exams for their Log pass history and ICAN will be proud enough to tell you that the best minds ever in the history of their exams have always being a Polytechnic graduate !

A federal polytechnic in Lagos(name witheld) just concluded their elections with 2 major students vieing for the SUG presidency, one from Engineering, the other SMBS. It was not news that the election was rigged with each students in SMBS voting about five times which was glaring. Well, the dude eventually won with just 32votes which was a clear evidence of the fame and work that the Engineering student had invested.
My point is this is where it all starts from, where we leap from. As students we are the future that would take over from these leaders who would do everything not to relinquish power but even as student we have a soiled mindset. We have been unconciously made to think that it is not possible to do anything without "Short cuts". My people i am askin, Which way 9ja? Do we intend raising future leaders this way? Taking a peek into the not so distant future what do you see?

domcarez: thanks bro for that wonderful question, no offence to the OP but undergraduates and graduates of the so called private universities always think high of themselves above their contemporaries in state or federal universities probably because they paid exorbitant fees to get admission withou necessarily going through the rigors of writing jamb,post ume and enduring the nonchalant attitude of some staffs of govt schools. Bottom line is, u guys have not tasted the bitter side of university life which is occassioned by constant struggle for survival resulting to a complete individual. Private Universities are business establishments,take it or leave it.
