Tinubu is wike puppet and stooge. He is incapable of stopping wike for fear of wike supreme court manipulation power. Wike will anull tinubu electoral chances at the supreme court if he dares not support his master wike
Haha 😂, you think the president of the federal republic of Nigeria is afraid of Wike's power? Did you go to school at all?

Henceforth in Nigeria, any Governor that does not like the local government chairmen in his state should follow the right process of impeachment by lobbying the ward councillors, any abrupt sacking or removal of any local government chairmen single-handedly by any Governor should be resisted by any political party involved.

ZombieDredd:
Na for this nigeria you dey talk this kind thing
You have to understand that it's some things are simply impossible, Buhari tried to remove Dino Melaye but it was impossible for a sitting President that control Inec, it's simply impossible to recall them, what the governor should do is buy off a significant number of the House of assembly.

ZombieDredd:
They will be recalled and nothing will happen.

Na so Una dey turn our constitution and laws upside down
Ignorance want to kill you people, goodluck with getting 50 percent of" registered" voters to come and participate in your recall process, it's mathematically impossible because the percentage of people who participate in election in Nigeria is less than 50 percent of registered voters.

swearing an affidavit makes it true.

Else they lied under oath which in itself is a jail able offense
It doesn't makes it truth, that's why there's something called perjury which is infact a jailable offence.

Chai.
Fubara u don try.
But how come a court affidavit evidence doesn't triumph in this case?

Abi na me deh overestimate the power of an affidavit?
grin

Been thinking about that too but I think the Supreme Court has not issued a judgement on whether they left the PDP or not.

However I think there is a well laid out process of leaving a political party which starts directly at the ward level, they didn't resign their membership at the ward level and at no time have they obtain a membership card from any other political party, the mere fact that they swore an affidavit doesn't make it true.

However I'm sure this exposes this people to Perjury, and in a serious country those people should be prosecuted, you can't knowingly give a wrong information to the court, it's a criminal offence.
Modified: supreme Court said exactly same thing, I was right.

Politics has blinded some of you guys, you can't even think like a normal human being anymore, freedom of speech is sacrosanct account to the constitution of Nigeria, no law criminalising freedom of speech in Nigeria is valid, if anybody defames you, kindly go to the court and initiate a civil procedure, the police are fighting free speech in Nigeria and if left unchallenged one day you will be too afraid to say the president of Nigeria is corrupt because you will be thrown into jail.
