Recently I noticed that I am becoming too aroused sexually. Just talking to a lady makes my joystick becomes excited, even while alone or in public, the same thing happen without thinking about sex or lusting. What could be the cause or is it normal?

Try to Wee wee first when the sexual excitement comes. My opinion though
