Go with either Gold or Black makes sense that way that's the colour most Auto makers use for brown interior leather.

My Car is Gold exterior, brown leather seats.

Well.. in depends on the shade of brown..

If its the coffee brown.. then white (champaign off)/black (with sparkle stones) would give you that executive look..
barcelona red (3r3) would be perfect if you want that wow youthful look..
but if its the milk brown (bailey brown). then dessart brown (champaigne mica) might go well on the outside.. with the bailley brown interior, white exterior would be local same as blue.
Green is for geeks..

My suggestion is for the bailey brown interior brown or any light colour (maybe sky blue or grey)..

If its the coffee brown interior.. white/black/3r3 red/ might blend good.

Also not.. add some black (matte) to the exterior.. maybe grill/fog lamp covers/bumper lip/mud flaps.. just to calm the very new sharp exterior paint.. not to look too ordinary.

But, the type of car also matters. If it's a 1986 Toyota Camry, it won't look good in any of the colours mentioned above, except Gold.
