Panama Visa will be difficult to get as all the documents you need to submit to Panama Embassy need to be translated into Spanish language and also there is no Panama Embassy in Nigeria only if you are going to South Africa, Egypt or Morocco can go where you can reach the embassy

You need to go to the airport counter and check in. you Buy the ticket like this from Lagos to Istanbul to Panama from Panama to Jamaica with Copairlines but from Lagos to Panama it has to be a Turkish Air share code with Copa Air in Panama. You must obtain your entire boarding pass at Lagos Airport to Jamaica

Actually ok to board is not required to fly with Emirates. Only ethiopian airlines requires ok to board. I have recently traveled this route.

My flight is from Abuja-istanbul-Panama 1ticket turkish airline, Copa airlines panama-montegobay one ticket.
