I prefer it to be on the outskirt of Lagos or a suburb of Lagos.
I prefer a short-term lease with the possibility to renew annually, because of my budget.
It must be well fenced and gated.
It must be very affordable. That's why I prefer Lagos outskirt or a suburb of Lagos, not necessarily exotic areas. Please if you have any concrete offer, kindly respond by answering in this order:

Hi people. My parents want to start building on their land in Ogun state. They were told to bring 250k for survey and approved plans. I feel the money is high and don't want them to be milked as they are both pensioneers.
Please advise if this rate is okay or share contacts of trustworthy and efficient architects that can do it cheaper if you know any. Note, it's 2 plots of land.
