I found myself in a situation where I need an advice.
I have a job on the mainland which pays 50k and I spend no transport at all. I started working there three months after my youth service with 45k, I wasn't satisfied with the job so I started searching for another, it(new job) wasn't coming so I decided to change my mindset and continue this for a while, after my grudges complaints to which the organization says they are not satisfied with my output and that they even wanted to lay me off, (which I knw is just gimmicks as I knw that I am there best staff) I got a raise to 50k after almost a year.
Why I don't like the job.
1. No productivity for a while now, not much jobs bringing in cash for the organization and I ain't happy doing nothing and earning at month end. I have talked to them about how to improve but they seem to want to move at there pace.
2. After the we want to lay you off saga, I feel like I really need to take my exit while the ovation is still loud.
3. I believe I need to change environment and meet new people, since here isn't interesting anymore, the workplace is not appalling and I am tired of the petty shits
4. The 50k salary will always make future job bargain allow recruiters look down on me and offer ridiculous pay.

I got a new job on the island 70k and I will be spending transport of 15k.
New environment, nice work environment and high career prospect cos it's an international organization with new challenges.

Cons
Thinking of traffic, the not to expectation salary and fear of uncertainty, kindly advice me what you think I should do.

Guys, i was just having a conversation with my girlfriend/ wife to be about likes and likes-not in bed, and while listing her likes, she went on a story telling episode about her previous guy. Is it even my damn problem or her's? I know for damn sure no normal guy will last for more than 20 minutes of constant thrusting. If she has to be effd for hours in order to feel satisfied, isn't she the one with the problem? that's what they do, ZENITH BANK robbed me of 100,000 naira.It's was in 2007 i was in nigeria few days be4 return to where i stay i change the last money with me to naira right inside the bank and opened a fix deposite acc and it was 500,000 naira. I returned to Nigeria 2014 and went to check the acc i was having 400 plus,i could not understand, i was like it should be morethan 500,000 and not less.so i spoke with them and they said maybe u withdraw and u don't remember i told them have been away and they said maybe family did it and i told them no one in my family even know about that acc so later they said i should give them days after 2 days they told me it's clair I'm not the one who took the money and that they will investigate and give me back my money.told them i will be leaving naija in few days they said no problem your money will be paid into ur acc and they gave me one guy called EMEKA that i should call him any time for follow up and the guy was acting real not knowing they were just waiting for me to leave Nigeria.i left and called the guy said no problem u will get ur money back soon.till this moment no money and they don't even respond to my calls .sad about banks in Nigeria.it's ZENITH BANK Okota round about.

I bank with Access Bank. I was having N153, 265.00. I withdrew N5,000.00 last week Monday. On Friday last week, I went to the branch at Iyana Ipaja to pay back the N5,000, only for me to receive an alert that my balance is N151,265.00.

Nairalanders come and rejoice with me, i just received my employment letter after years of searching for a good job. I will advice you go to US whenever u are able to but for a visite,u not doing bad in Nigeria and u don't know what await u in US,there are people living there for yrs without document,she said six months that is what she think but it's might take a yr or 2.i have seen people who gave up everything move to Europe or US end up crying.Ur case might not be the same but i wont advicce any body who is doing well in Nigeria to leave his or her job and go to US,what kind of job will you do?
