I remember when I was in an arab country for a course, once u introduce yourself as a Nigerian the first question they ask u is that

Some will even give u space n some will treat u with the mindset that u can Rob them any moment

I remember I met a woman at an eatery n when she knew I was a Nigerian she said awusubilahi n left, it was later I learnt that that word means God rebuke d devil

Those people only know we do drugs, fraud n are criminals

They don't care about boko haram or your politicians

Yes, during my student days here in the UK.

The children residential home company I worked for, got me to work for them in a location away from where I lived. To save the daily cost of shuttling from the workplace to my home which would have cost me about £26 daily and the hours. They had shortage of staff and needed me to work 5 days back to back during that winter time, they offered me to stay in one of their homes they were still setting up for business, with about 95% set up.

It was a 2 storey 5 bedroom townhouse, next to it is a care home for the elderly, I stayed all alone in that house...wetin I experience no get part 2!😂😂

For years, people have been alleging that Nairaland is a toxic place where people insult each other and exhibit uncontrolled tribal bigotry. So after my last thread, we decided to follow through by extending the mandate of our anti-spam bot to include dealing with toxicity.

Hmmmm, this hit me in a dangerous place. You've seen me finish. Sometimes even when I made up my mind not be of assistance to people again. By the time I find myself in the situation, I won't be able to help it.

This is too painful sha. I wonder how people will have the mind to repay evil to someone who has helped them.

The best way for me to achieve this is to cut off many people. They only find me when they need me anyway. I thought I was being useful, but could it be I was being used?
