This is annihilation. United fans, how market? ![]() #YNWA |
onatisi:It's baffling. They just gather big names on the bench, but no results. Perhaps, they weren't in good form and were only invited to warm the bench. If not so, I would have expected few meaningful subs the moment we are some minutes into the second half of the game. The Super Eagles players and the coaching crew need a complete overhaul. We can't just continue like this. |
Despite all the hype! This team is as clueless and incompetent as the APC government. Wtf! ![]() |
sweetgala:I quite agree with you on the issue of lack of urgency, zero passion and absence of determination to score. They are playing as if nothing is at stake. It's sad! |
Na wa ooo Is it that we don't have more talented footballers in Nigeria? Is this the best team we can boast of? We really don't have a team yet, imo. If by grace we win this game, I don't see us going far in the world cup tournament. Just pitiable ![]() |
SultanOfPuna:Whether he calls him or not, he's won't near that seat. Feel free, and pen down today's date. |
YourFavorite21:I tell you... The man bad luck, na authentic one... ![]() |
The moment it was reported that the Mr Failure residing at the Aso Rock called the Super Eagles camp, millions of Nigerians already knew it's over..... The first-half was characterized by poor performance from the Super Eagles, it brought to mind, our first game with the Egyptians (we simply mimicked the Egyptians' poor performance) . There was no game plan, no tactics, no creativity, no confidence on the ball, and no sense of urgency. We're so relaxed and faired badly, in a 45min game play that ended a goalless draw. Of course, the Tunisia side didn't come to watch us win, they had a game plan (parking the bus) and were so determined in winning the game. If only we had scored at least a goal in the first-half, the results would have been a different one. Again, why would the coach remove Iheanacho for Iwobi in the first place? It's our worst game of the tournament and we paid heavily for it. Imagine, a team that struggled to qualify out of the group stage, winning only one match, defeating us, even with our clean sheet record of winning all our matches. Lastly, all thanks to the man at the helm of the affairs; indeed, his bad luck aura is quite effective, as evident in the abysmal show put off by the Super Eagles tonight. |
Goldmaxx:Without the first goal he stupidly conceded, the game's outcome would probably have been a different one. And yes, I miss Allison. There's a reason Adrian was never our first choice goal stopper. And what happened tonight has further proven that. |
OMG I miss Allison |

TruthTella:Here is someone following my line of reasoning. I really pity some Nigerians, they are ready to suffer and smile for another 4 years. Good luck to them all. |
Lordest4Y:Oh! Really? Is this the best you could respond with? Anyways, I'm really not interested in engaging in baseless and fruitless arguments with some faceless people on Nairaland. If from your standpoint, the results announced so far, truly reflect the will of you the Nigerian people (that have voted); then who am I to contend with your view? I really wish some of you, all the best and hope you all get to enjoy the true dividends of democracy under the leadership of an aged & unlettered persona who will be piloting the affairs of the nation using an old-fashioned, antiquated and very retrogressive ideological approach of leadership for the next 4 years. Truly, many Nigerians truly deserve their leaders. It still baffles me, that a nation like Nigeria, blessed with vibrant and intellectual human capitals (both home and in the diaspora) would still be interested in voting and electing into power, old men who lack good visions, progressive ideologies on how to move a nation forward. As mentioned earlier, I wish you all the very best. |
e10nzy:Good observation I won't be surprised though, if these results are being falsified or had been tampered with, while INEC would give the usual excuse of low turnout as a result of the 'NO Referendum, NO Election' empty threat from Nnamdi Kalu. Even with this, that still doesn't justify the high number of votes APC have been reportedly garnered from the SE region, so far. I just can't see how this is possible. |
APC scored 90,726 in Ebonyi? Like seriously? I am beginning to doubt the authenticity and credibility of some of these results, particularly, those emanating from the SS and SE region respectively. Despite the low turnout, APC scored 90,726, out of the total number of accredited voters of 391,747, excluding the humongous thousands of votes that would be rejected on the basis of over-voting, non-functionality of the smart card readers. It is also worthy of note, to say that I am not for PDP, just stating and airing my opinion from personal observations of the ongoing collation and results announcement process. ![]() Is this a case of colluding with the INEC return officers, with a view to falsifying the results; thereby, preventing the true will of the electorates from reflecting? Or, just a natural occurrence? So many of these results beg for questions, really. |
