i think that picture was a complete sham, why do Nigerians always belittle themselves to the international community? it was (in my opinion) a cheap way to get attention, becos the Rider had his helment on his bike and choose to wear a paint container (any sense in that?).pllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeessssssssssssse photojournalists you can be more constructive and stop all these overrated staging of who and what Nigerians can do , remember that non nigerians also browse , so watch it , i dont want to get belligerent on the Newspaper that sent it , they are intellectually poor , shame shame shame , shame?
NB * look b4 you leap, that pix was staged

ON THE lakpa lakpa , ring worm okada HELMEMT VANISHING WILLIE WILLIE ISSUE,
I see many people {especially those working in VI}use hankies (i dont think that would work in reducing fungus and Bacteria contact from my elementary knowledge oin Biology )well i belive most nairalanders are smart people so , PLS buy a  decent and portable shower cap , and put in your pocket (i think a regular should cost btw =N= 50-100 and use before wearing any public helment if you cannot afford  a personal one) , you can always disinfect it b4 going to sleep or use the next day.
As for the vanishing aspect , if you are a xtain just quote a versre from Psalm 23(even though i walk through the valley of the the shadow, i fear no evil, surely goodness and mercy , amen)muslims, bisimilahi , and other religions quote a strong verse or mantra from your juju or holy book , i no know buk oh?

Car Talk / Re: New Helmet Rule In Lagos by giantstep(m): 12:41pm On Jan 05, 2009
i hail everybody oh, in fact i believe in the progressive govt of Fashola, and the " obamaChange" bug sweeping from america via lagos.but my SUGGESTION IS THIS- LAGOS STATE(and FRSC) GOVT. SHOULD PROVIDE ADEQUATELY  FOR ANY NEW LAWS-?
WHY NOT SELL HELMENTS AT A SUBSIDIZED RATE TO OKADA ASSOCIATIONS SINCE BUYING IN BULK WILL REDUCE COST FROM THE GOVT ANGLE?
WHY NOT CREATE WORKABLE ALTERNATIVES FOR THE STREET AND DISPLACED TRADERS?
WHY NOT HAVE A SUGGESTION BOX FORUM ON THE MEDIA FOR LAGOSIANS TO SPIT IT OUT.
in fact my Whys are getting many , but the summary is this
"whats the use of having muscles when your life hangs by a thred"?
why make policies and not attach provisions that will help aleviate suffering and also simultaneouly generating  income for the government?
