Good day everyone, please I need an advise. I tried applying for transcript and my school uniport has approved agents that they send transcript to. The agency that is helping me out with my application is not on the list of the approved agents.

The agent suggested that I contact one of the approved agency for them to help me take it from the school and forward to them to continue with my application. One of the approved agents said it will not be possible because the name of the agency is on the official transcript.

My issue here is how do I go about getting the transcript since the agent helping me out is not on the list of approved agent?

Thank you for your reply, I appreciate.
Someone advised that I should just use the recommended course and come in, then I would change later. Is this a good choice?

NB1912:

Well, your agent is right to recommend you a course that aligns more with your degree since you don't have any relevant work experience in social work. Your chances of securing a visa is higher if your proposed course of study aligns with your underpinning degree or work experience. You can still go for social work, however, you will need to write a convincing SOP as to why you are deviating to a course in which you don't have any underpinning degree or work experience. Moreover, social work is a high risk for visa rejection especially for those that don't have any relevant degree or previous work experience in the field. In saying that, there are people who have been successful in securing a visa even though they don't have relevant degree or work experience in social work. It's a 50/50.

The choice is yours. Your agent is only there to guide you.

I studied History and Diplomatic studies, am currently working as a manager in a lab

Softkey:
1. Make sure the agent you’re using is a registered/authorised agent from your chosen school.
2. I want to believe the agents advise was based on your academic/work experience profile.

What did you studied in your BSc? What’s your occupation?

OAOA:

Yes, I saw one of them on ECU authorized agent list

Are these agents recommended by the school?

Good day, please I would like to confirm if I can get recommended agents that can help me apply for Masters of social work. The 2 agents I contacted suggest that I should pick a management or business course just to get in and later I can switch my course.
My question, Is it that I can't be granted social work if I apply directly?

Bro,

Chances are petty slim for UG course at age 30.

You won’t want to show that you don’t have a first degree, then how will you convince VO of your intention on another UG study.

I will advise you go for either a graduate diploma or MSc.

Good day everyone, I appreciate the effort each and everyone of you put in to enlighten us on admission process and visa application.

Am a little bit confused on how to start my process. I have a BA in history and diplomatic studies, I graduated in 2015. Ever since then I have been self employed.
I was thinking of applying for a course in Msc Business admin or Marketing but I was advised to apply for a health related course in BSc preferably Nursing. To enable me have a smooth transition after my study.

What are my chances if I should go for Nursing or a health related course, am 30 years old right now.
What are the requirements and would I be consider if I merge two Neco results?
