Colleagues backbiting.
Senior staffs treating u like a kid!
Being bossed around.
Lazy peeps and many more
yea they are so lazy and when you want to work, they"ll be like "so you want management to say you are working and we are not working right?" just get sick of all this. I wonder why they treat young graduates this way.
Career / Please Share Challenges You Face In Your Place Of Work by gift1234: 4:46pm On Nov 20, 2014
Am finding things really difficult in my place of work. Its a medium size organisation with a lot to learn but no body is willing to show me anything, most of them feel am coming to take their job. My boss sees a lot of prospect in me and wants me to grow. Its really heart breaking and there are times I felt like quitting. I feel so bad right now and really wonder why people feel so insecure, Please share your experiences and possibly success stories, how can i excel in this kind of environment?
Career / Indecent Dressing Of Some Bankers by gift1234: 5:08pm On Nov 07, 2014
I Was at Zenith today and I felt really bad with the way most of the ladies were dressed. very tight short gowns and skirts, displaying their thighs and all that. They looked really hot though but y do they have to dress so indecent to work. Some customers were complaining about the indecent dressing too. I spoke with a banker he said a lot of them do it for internal competition and all that but Zenith seems to be the worst among them. To me the way they are dressed gives me the impression that they are corporate prostitutes. Do they have to dress in such manner?

OP congratulations on your new job, its so sad that a lot of Nigerians are too quick to correct peoples grammatical errors. I worked in SPDC Port Harcourt for a couple of months( representative of one of the major manpower suppliers)during this short time I met a lot of SPDC workers both women and men and realised that there was nothing really fantastic about them, some of them struggle with English, they even use pidgin to communicate in the office. some of them are SPDC staff and earn crazy cash monthly, if SPDC( one of the best places to work in Nigeria) can over look minor English flaws, I wonder what the hell all the professors of English in the house are blabbing about here. Please a lot of people need to change their orientation about certain things. I am not saying Proficiency in written and oral English is not good, if you have the skill good for you, if you don't its not a big deal, life goes on, there are a companies who will prefer to hire you based on your skill and attitude and overlook other things. Even many bankers with their packaging and fluency beg for jobs when they get there.

genny2kuk: Nice, but there doesn't seem to be much chatting going on.

For the ladies here, in dating, do u have any issues if a guy

- attends a different church denomination?
- is from a different tribe? or
- speaks a different language?
which church do you attend
