This is elder brother of toilet Magot. Handsomecole: Yesterday, we have a home Garden where we practice mixed cropping which yields various crops from vegetables ( Ugu,water leaf, bitter leaf,etc) orange, pawpaw, Yam, pear, etc. I would still come up with a full article on the garden which we've had in over 15 years and has become very useful to us especially in this time of recession. Sorry guys, let me not digress from the major reason of the post while trying to uproot the an already dead palm tree stem from our home Garden. We found this, although I know about them very well and I have also tasted them, I buy them from mostly highway hawkers especially when travelling to far places, but I don't know the name. But it's very tasty and nutritious.
In IGBO language I think it's called "apa nsi nsi". We found a huge number of them and we fried and garnished it it onions, sliced pepper and tomatoes.
My Samsung S6 Edge was also on ground to do justice to the photographs.

Next time if u want to plant without ridges,use concentrated non selective herbicides like "touchdown, or 2-4-D. These are strong herbicides with this,it will take time befor the weeds comes up again. Meanwhile that dose not stop the fact that u will still perform spot weeding. Then I will also advice u think of cassava. And rice depend of the nature of ur soil. BNLR: Planting maize without ridges, want to see how it goes before preparing for a cassava or yam toward end of the raining. Advice needed pls |
Romance › Re: Reasons To Why Some Men Prefer Prostitutes by giftiy(m): 11:37am On Sep 20, 2016 |
Funy Zizaboni: My girlfriend asked me why some men prefer prostitutes to homely girls. After a brain cracking session i was able to give her five reasons why i think some men prefer the women of low virtue. she couldn’t help it as she laughed her guts out. I felt I should share these reasons here. Before i do that, let me first of all let you know this shocking truth;
80% of women are prostitute. It only depends if they are WILD prostitutes or Domestic prostitutes. The wild ones are the ones that stands in the hotels,bars,lodges,streets for commercial sex trade while the domestic ones are the so-called girlfriends we keep at home with the false impression that we have a decent clean babe all to ourselves, but unfortunately when we are away they sneak out to have sex with other guys and sugar daddies, now tell me how are they different from the roadside prostitute.??
My brothers, I see, it is the same thing. So whether you admit it or not if your wife sleeps around with Chief when you are not in town, then you have a domestic prostitute in your house. So don’t judge other men who sleep with the wild prostitutes in hotels because you are in their shoes too.
Now the 5 reasons some men prefer PROSTITUTES are;
1. A prostitute does not expect you to REMEMBER herbirthday, not to talk of buying her gifts. YOU don’t ALSO have to take care of her responsibilities LIKE buying HER body cream, paying for her hair do, etc. Yet YOU STILL ENJOY MAXIMUM sex for a little fee which cannot BE compared to the expenses we spend on our so- called clean babes. A friend of mine said HIS GIRLFRIEND won’t let him touch her or even talk to her because he didn’t give her a particular amount of money she requested. If this young man must give her that money before he would touch her then what is the difference between her and the prostitute out there?
2. You don’t need to remember the safe period of prostitutes because non of them would come back telling you they are pregnant.
3. Prostitutes won’t compel you to get married to them as the last thing on their mind is marriage.
4. Believe it or not, prostitutes are more disease free than the so-called clean babes. This is becos every man thinks her job is risky so there is need to protect himself with a condom and at the end 100 men may sleep with her but with a condom but with the so-called decent clean and homely babes, kaddu thinks she is decent so he doesn't need a condom, tomorrow sadam will think the same and do it with her again without using a condom and Julius will also think she is decent and safe so he too goes without a condom and at the end she has 100 men who have slept with her without condom yet she still parades herself as the homely, decent, clean, mummy’s pet babe, and the cycle continues. What a shame! 5. A prostitute does not expect you to satisfy them, they would do anything to satisfy you and make you come for them again unlike the clean homely babes who expect you to take them to cloud nine while they only lie on their backs and spread their legs like frozen chicken.
Now, with the afore-mentioned reason, why won't men go for prostitute

Why then do ladies go into relationships EspecialOy those that will tell you they are not ready for marriage. A friend told me courtship is a scam and fraud. He said if I guy tells you " I want to court you" it's tantamount to saying "I want to sex you" And I agreed with him on that as I have seen a marriage that didn't last six months after 10 years of courtship And a Marriage of no courtship that lasts for Eternity.! I realized *from personal survey* that : 90%of ladies have boyfriends for monetary/financial benefits *imagine a girl telling her boyfriend "You can't be sexing me for free* (how's she different from a prostitute ). And they tend to dump the guy sorry as$ should he default in meeting up with their demand. And move on to the next victim. What happened to Being self Independent 8% of ladies have boyfriend for sex. *Imagine a single lady coming to social media to lament about how she's being sex starved. ( ) when does pre marital sex become a necessity What happened to Abstinence till Marriage 2% of ladies have boyfriend for support. They need someone they can talk to and share things with. Which category Did you Belong P. S. I stand to be corrected. No bashing or derailing please. Let us Interact in a Mature Manner. .
is this survy from Jakonde? |

Romance › Re: With 600k, Should He Settle Down For Marriage At The Age Of 32? by giftiy(m): 9:37pm On Jul 13, 2015 |
Ephemmm: Despite staying idle for over a year after his graduation from one of Nigerian Polytechnics, my friend finally secured his first job at Access Bank as a contract staff with 70k as salary. After two years in Access Bank, he did not only become a graduate member of a professional body in his discipline, but also strive hard to have 600k in his account. My friend has also acquired two plots of land in “not too enlightened area” in Osogbo, the capital state capital of Osun State. As a very ambitious man, he is also considering going for his Master Degree Programme, but has not yet decide on which the course and direction to follow.
At a talented student, he came out as the best candidate among both Universities and Polytechnic graduates called for interview in one of private firms in Nigeria and has started working with them with N115k as net monthly salary in the past few months. He is 32 years of age now, and he is in love with a lady of 26 who was her junior while in Polytechnic. The lady in question too has combined fashion school with her job search, the ambition which has not yet come to a fruition.
The bone of contention now is the insistence of my friend that his would-be-partner MUST be employed gainfully too before he can have a slightest though about marriage despite intense pressures from all angles. His parents have assured him of little help during marriage ceremony, but his self-reliant tendency has not acceded to their admonition. In my own perception about him, he is not ready to settle down for marriage as a result of his 'over ambition' in academic line: truly he is talented and I can beat my chest for him anyday anytime when it comes his discipline.
Without accommodation of his own at present, coupled with the need for marriage expenses and the need to further his education, should he consider settling for marriage in Lagos now?
As one of his closest friend, I decided to narrate this incidence on nairaland so that he can get first-hand-advice different from my own perspective because he is a kind of somebody that nobody can compel to do something unless he is personally and totally convinced, just like me.
This is a true life scenario: matured advice is needed. Thank God he is a nairalander too I advice u to go an marry her, if u love her and more ways will open for you since u have a slalary for now |

Mynd44: Dangote is building a refinery in Lagos which had a capacity of 400,000 and I hear it is being expanded to 600,000
Oando is building one in Lagos too with a capacity of 400,000. These two when finished will make Nigeria an exporter of refined products whether or not our refineries work but they won't be ready until mid and late 2016 so according to Buhari this is what Nigeria intends to do.
Nigeria will give the amount of crude we need to a country that refines and we get that worth back in refined products and we pay for your refining services and we bring it back to Nigeria to sell.
As for those who built facilities bla bla bla, they knew this day will come. They should deal with it one love bro |

Sombody help me out here I am thinking on going on a royalblue suit,white shirt and a red tie. sassygal: @ armourpure, a valentine wedding! Sweet.
Me thinks that since the trad and white are on 2 separate days, the colors should be different!!! Here's why.
Your friends buy red and champagne asoebi for traditional and you want them to buy red and champagne asoebi for white, the following day, albeit a different design. This wouldn't be fair!
My Suggestion - in keeping with the spirit of valentine, retain your champagne and red theme for the 14th. The couple and friends can still use the same color but the difference will be, one color will be dominant for one and the other color dominant for the other. For example, if the couple's dominant color is champagne, the friends and family will be dominant in red.
For your white wedding, look for another color combo then add a touch of red to it.
This way, your color theme is not cliché and boring! |
