Hello,
Please does anyone know how long it takes for COS to be issued?
Based on a group I joined, I am hearing it takes about 4-6 weeks to come out.
I would really appreciate the response I get here

If you can read you will see where i said you will only pay when you see the apartment.

Why are you arguing something that has to do with me? focus on what brought you to this page. So the person that will join me will not meet the landlord anyday abi? how will the person get contract without the landlord agreeing?

No need replying comments arguing with my reality and flooding this place for others that need help too.

Family of 4 self some landlords will not even agree to give you two bedrooms. Most times they tell you to go for 3 bedrooms.

The landlord agreed to find someone but will do so on my own, so i intend finding someone before the next rent.

Are you sure you are allowed to sublet where you are staying .... most times this goes against the lease agreement. Even some mortgages don't allow you to sublet

You are the one mentioning presidential suite not me. There are 4 - 6 bedroom shared apartments that allow couples and singles in the same house and still have common areas soooooo. You say nooooo one like you know the living terms and condition of everybody in the UK

Noone is saying management is not possible. At all. Then the way you are saying double rooms as if we do not know what a double room is. A double room simply fits a double bed.. . Anyway no offence intended. .. sha don’t describe double room as if its presidential suite.. there is nothing extraordinarily big about it sir/ma.
No landlord will give you shared apartment with family of 4 to share 1 room. No one. Except you hide this info..Even if the room is 100m3, a family of 4 can not share 1 room in a house share.. we know about spare room.. what happens to the bills and living conditions of the others?

Because your wife can commit adultery doesn't mean everyone is the same. Nobody asked for another couple, a single person is ok. Well, i have found solution to my problem and can help others coming in too. Anyone who needs a shared apartment can check spareroom.co.uk

at least you have a space of 3 bedroom flat.. for just your family and spread your belongings into these 3 bedroom flat.. it is not the same as 4 ppl staying in the space of 1 room with all their belongings in same room and looking for another family to come join them in same house..

the rooms are double rooms as well as the sitting room. Definitely a temporary arrangement, every man is looking for what would be best till person balance back. If e too good for all of us for this platform we no no dey hustle to enter uk. PS my kids are not even above 3years old, so no overcrowding there. Nowhere in my post did i say i want a couple, of course that would be too much. single person is ok. All those sounding like it is an abomination, well done OOO, there is even a website for sparerooms in uk for people to find shared apartment, so how is it new or wrong? 3 adults in basically 3 big living areas with 2 bathrooms. Wardrobes and store rooms and cabinets were also made for a reason.

It is a 2bedroom flat with 2bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 palour.

I am married and currently pregnant, I uploaded all documents showing that my husband's place of domicile is Lagos but I was still posted to Yobe state and to camp in jigawa state. Does anyone know if I can just go straight to the Lagos state camp and register from there with documents to prove? Traveling such a distance is too much for me. Thanks
