From what I gathered here, sitting on a hard surface immediately after VD with tear prevents it I didn't do it religiously o

Don't know how it can be corrected now... I'll like to know if there's anything we can do If I find one I will let you know, Thanks ma'am, regards to the little one

Good morning mummies!
How are we all doing today and the lovelies?

I am 8months+ post-partum and I still release gas through my vagina. Pls how do I rectify this and what are the implications and how do I prevent this in future births.

Has anyone experienced this? Did it later stop? How did you go about it?

All mamas please help throw in a word or two
