I welcome you all to the Land of Honour, Ekiti state. I am currently serving in Ado-Ekiti; Kingdom Heritage Model School. I am quite sure you'll have a nice time in Ekiti, they are peaceful people! As for state allowi, Ekiti doesn't pay but the batch c that just passed out were paid 15k. You can only get paid if you're in private school or few establishments that pay corpers!

I enjoyed my camp and was a member of the OBS then. Hmmm, how time flies!

Just pray and let them post you, don't try manipulating it.

Good morning... You can either take a bus to akure from warri, then from akure you to ise-emure where the camp is located or
you take a bus from warri to Benin , then from uniben main gate u get a bus going to ado-ekiti , you stop at ikere and take a bus to camp

On that day you'll get a bus from Warri (Water resources junction) straight to Ado. If u guys can organise yourselves well, u can talk to the driver to take u straight to the camp in ekiti state. Please take note, the bus leaves by 9am(even if it's not full). Thank You all.

If your coming from anywhere. just get to Ado-Ekiti. from dia it will be very easy to get to the camp. It's not far nii

Those arguing about village or city not being good, whatever rocks your boat. Am serving in ikere so I can relate with the high cost of food stuffs compare to other local government but it's a sacrifice am willing to pay for other benefits. My own opinion though

Its a lie if you are posted to Ado the state capital you will have your savings except u don't feel like saving.I school in Ekiti state university and I stay in Ado througout the whole year and am paying for my house rent as well.stop being decieved by those people who are not Ekiti indigine.

I heard someone saying if your posted to Ado, you wont save. smh.. Anyways, when u get to camp, ma friends in Band cds will be dia to play drums for u guys during ur opening ceremony. Get acquainted to them n try to ask more about Ado. People from villages come to Ado to spend time with their friends cos they're usually bored in the village. If u intend to write any professional exams, the centers r mostly located in Ado... You can never compare the state capital of any state to other parts of it. Cost of living is high yet ppl still prefer Abuja to Ondo state. lol

Guys carry enough cash to camp... That's d only way you'll enjoy camp to its fullest. Chilling for those that will be posted to Ado. We've got plans for y'all. Congrats to yhu guys once again

I've been trying to use my hsdpa modem on my laptop since I got it but my laptop won't detect it. I've searched the internet for a driver but I've not been able to find any. My laptop runs on Windows 8(supported by the above modem). Pls if anyone has a solution to this problem I'll really appreciate. Thank you!
