Has anyone gone for school oral interview? Kindly help

I went for one some months ago, it was more of practical than question and answer....
We were handed plain papers to write on any subject and topic we could teach, after submitting, you practice what you wrote, the other applicants were the audience..... It was fun and challenging especially when it was time to ask questions...

Hi. Also got the invite. 8am 2moro is my test time but I won't honour the invite.

The reason is because the venue they sent to me via email is Lagos which is contrary to what I filled on their response box, where I chose Abuja as my test center... I tried calling workforce HR-Unit but all effort to reach them proved abortive. I no get money to waste this time...

Same here... I filled Asaba and the interview is at Lagos, I don't really think I can make it, I have nowhere to stay anyway and I can't be paying for hotel room because I know there will be another invite to Lagos....I'll try to contact them too

All these recruiters with their different standards. Recruiter A's meat will be recruiter B's poison. Can't you people create an umbrella body to set a particular standard or requirements for application. Everyday you read DOs and DONTs of different recruiting agencies, so how do you people expect a job seeker to know the rules to follow for a particular agency........
