PoliticsRe: Pope Francis Embracing Man Disfigured By Disease And Kissed Him by gleaf: 5:00pm On Nov 07, 2013
malele: Nigerian pastors will not allow him enter there church let alone touch him.
This news was posted to make all of us realise that all we need in this world is love!, not only pastors or Reverends, but ALL OF US .We should realise that love conquers every situation. How many of us visits the hospital just to comfort the sick people there, unless when one of our relatives is admitted! What about the poor and needy in our streets and neigbourhoods how do we help or console them! thats what the pope is trying to teach all of us here by this attitude and not only to our Nija pastors

PoliticsRe: Anambra State Guber Election Only God Or Massive Rigging Can Stop Ngige by gleaf: 10:55am On Nov 05, 2013
Its very unfortunate that our mindset have degenerated to the extent that we cannot make a good choice of leadership in Anambra state! We no longer think about the future , we no longer think about leaders that will be role models for our children and youths, all we focus on is what we will gain financially. I wonder how many of these people campaigning for some politicians in Anambra will be proud if there sons/daughters choose those politicians as role models! All is politics abi? The earlier we start looking for credible and people with high integrity for leadership positions the better for our state. The most important thing(s), that we should look out for about these candidates are LIFESTYLE,INTEGRITY AND HIS VISION FOR THE STATE and not what they are promising us now!We should also take into consideration the calibre of individuals or characters that these contestants are parading with(show me your friends and i will tell who you are).

We have passsed the stage where questionable characters parade themselves as messiah!!!
Christianity EtcRe: Death Toll In Anambra Church Stampede Rises To 52 by gleaf: 11:09am On Nov 04, 2013
It is quite unfortunate that peoples blood are been used for politicking! My question is why will Ngiges supporters be at a Virgil that there principal did not attend and why were they disrupting the event with shouts of Onwa? It really says slot!

PoliticsRe: Uke Deadly Stampede: Hold Gov. Peter Obi Responsible – APC by gleaf: 1:20pm On Nov 03, 2013
It is very unfortunate that we are now using peoples blood to seek political gains and demonise each other, APC should have conducted their own private investigation into the matter before pointing accusing fingers, almost everybody there acknowledged that APGA crew are long gone before the end of the church activity when the incident happened, Lai should be very careful of his uterances!!! How do we even know that your party did not sponsor such evil act to paint APGA black?
PoliticsRe: Fall Out From Anambra Debate: Obiano Does Not KnowThe Meaning Of Immunity Clause by gleaf: 8:33pm On Nov 01, 2013
Another desperate move! He clearely stated that he is not in the best position to comment on the issue and Not that he does not know what immunity clause is.......like I said voting will be done in ANambra and not nairaland.

PoliticsRe: Obi, Obiano Pelted With Sachet-Water By Onitsha Traders During Market Campaign by gleaf: 7:34pm On Oct 28, 2013
Freeglobe and his co travelers concoted this story to douse the tension building inAnambra about the ruffling of the priest by Ngige and his security details!!! Its obvious that Ngige have been wounded politically by that desperate and animalistic act he now resorted to character assassination to get back to d scene. For the records no such thing happened today ...ThankGod voting is not conducted on nairaland.
PoliticsRe: Anambra Poll: Ngige Slaps Catholic Priest by gleaf: 9:19pm On Oct 27, 2013
When I saw this news few days ago, I doubted it even though I don't support Ngige"s bid for governor, but I was convinced today after speaking with an eye witness, though he stated that he did not see him slap the priest but he and his police escort ruffled the man of God cos he tried to restrict them from entering a barricaded place at the funeral.

Its now obvious that the gods wants to kill his political carrer and therefore they have made him mad, he should ask Ohakim who have travelled the same route and know whether tto continue the race or not.

Its a pity Ngige , I even tried to defend you on this but I was proved wrong!!!!
PoliticsRe: Oduah: Groups Plan Nationwide Mass Protes by gleaf: 10:30am On Oct 27, 2013
Its obvious that there is a grand plan to discredit and rubbish Stella from the aviation ministry, if not why is it a news that bulletproof cars were bought!!! All the governors in Nigeria today uses bulletproof and luxury cars where did they get the money to buy them and how much? and in whose name were the cars bought? The earlier we start fighting real issues in this country the better for us all.
How can we be trying to crucify a woman who did no wrong, the cars were bought in govts name and was budgetd for! I believe the woman have never even used the cars or even seen it. If you want to do protest , go and protest against Akpabio that bougth luxury bus sometime last year, go and protest against governors spending billions to buy and maintain useless private jets. For crying out loud how many of these leaders today were living the kind of luxury life they are enjoying today before they came to power? these are the questions we need to ask before casting the first stone on Stella.

FreeGlobe: so how many foreign investors has okonjo iweala attracted. you are just too ignorant. so only bankers can rule a state well? You don't even know the economics of foreign investment so shut your mouth and stop talking like an illiterate.
@freeglobe, can you tell us how many local investors Ngige attracted during his illegal tenure let alone foreign ?rather he embarked on destruction of existing ones, the truth is that he dosent have the moral capacity to attract even a local investor. The earlier you and your cohorts realize what you are doing by marketing this expired political product the better for your own personal images .(that's if its not same with your master).

FreeGlobe: I didn't see you say this when the Peter obi crew lied that Ngige slapped a priest. what a blatant hypocrite. Meanwhile I gave you the source of the news, I didn't create it.
Go and check my post on that page!! I made it clear that I doubt the story, in as much I don't support his bid to become gov.

Desric: Listening and Reading to so many commentators talk and discuss Anambra state guber Election/Politics, you can see that the obstacle or the man at the centre of the whole charade in Anambra state election is 'Onwa' Sen. Chris Ngige. WHAT IS SEN. NGIGE's SIN?
It's not that he can not deliver, nor is it that he doesn't have what it takes to govern Anambra state. Sen. Chris Ngige's only sin and point of negative propaganda for his enemies and opponents alike is just and only that he is a member of the APC of which these same unscrupulous elements in their magnanimity and naivety tagged "Yoruba Party". The funny issue here is that the same people who act as if they hate the yoruba race more than they hate death attend the RCCG, Deeper life, Winners Chapel etc churches and hold their GOs in high esteem without minding that they are Yorubas, they live in Lagos, Oyo, and other yoruba states even to the extent of claiming ownership, if you depot them from these states, they will curse, lament and protest and claim one Nigeria. The same people claim they want a Igbo man to become the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria but they don't want to do anything with a yoruba party right? Now if the six states of the SW decide to do away with anything Igbo, how possible will it be for the Igbos to realise this dream of becoming occupying that coveted seat of the President? Now in these cases, nothing will be wrong with the Yoruba race right?
I think people should be using their heads and emancipate themselves from mental slavery instead of this politics of lies and unfounded propagandas.
It is quite unfortunate that this is the impression you have , about how some of us feel about Ngige. His sin(s) is not been in a Yoruba party !Ngige committed a lot of sins !First is that he connived with criminals and rigged election in Anambra and during his illegal tenure a lot violence and destruction was done to the state , rigging election alone which he openly accepted is the worst political crime one can commit in Nigeria. Secondly Ngige does not have the qualities of been a leader , he is a betrayer, a greedy man and very unstable which his closest associates confirms. Ngige is a very selfish human being who cares less about his subordinates.
It is very unfortunate that some people sings his praise because of his issue with Uba brothers , but the actual truth is that the issue is about two criminals that had problems on the sharing formula of there loot and which Ngige decided to save his job by shouting to the high heavens about intimidation from his Godfather. Anambra people would not have detested APC had it come from another person other than Ngige cos we all know that this man can bring or do anything just to become a governor, he is so desperate that we have to scrutinize every move he makes in other to become governor. Therefore most of us think that for APC to grant him the opportunity of contesting something is fishy and funny about the action cos we believe they know his traits and character . Like the allegation flying around now about his problems with APC leadership, its obvious that the familiar issue he had with Uba is happening again. I cannot narrate the litany of his evil deeds here, especially the ones he committed as a governor, ranging from legalizing abortion, thuggery, embezzlement and definitely his non performance will be attributed to his travails then which he practically brought on the state.
Anambra is tired of such characters and professional politicians like Ngige, he is desperate cos after politics he has nothing to go back to.

Delafruita: some people just cant shield their ignorance.am certain you and almost every other person dt commented on this thread didnt even finish reading the write-up.his criticism isnt from a religious standpoint, rather it is from a political viewpoint.which is why he began by saying a journey to isreal isnt a cardinal principle in christianty as is mecca to muslims.the crux of the matter is that since nigeria claims to recognize palestine,a jamboree to isreal is like saying one thing and doing another.no nigerian president or head of state has visited isreal for obvious reasons and same applies to almost every nation that recognizes palestine.if pilgrimage to isreal were to be a cumpulsion on christians,it would have been a different thing but it isnt so by visiting isreal, our president has negated our policy on palestine.its simple as that which is why Gumi described Jonathan as a bad politician
Gej is there as a christian on pilgrimage! So are you trying to say cos he is a president and going on pilgrimage is not by compulsion for christians he is not suppose to be there? If this trip is disturbing Gumi and co muslims then I won't mind Gej governing us from Jerusalem hotle til 2015....
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Has Assaulted The Sensibilities Of Muslims By Visiting Jerusalem-gumi by gleaf: 4:16pm On Oct 26, 2013

Cuche: innocent man? He wants to be called Saint

Don't worry when the probe starts you will be amazed at the level of classified info some of us are privy to. Sometimes I am tempted to open ... so that the gullible may see the kind of person he is.

I am not campaigning for anybody outrightly but I am one of those who believe Ngige would have done better if he had the 8 years Obi misused.

He will be probed and some of you who are supporting him blindly( I don't mean paid supporters like Bestview,Nri-priest etc) will understand what had taken place these years.
TELL your people to exercise patience over the GreenWood City to avoid regrets. For now, it is a Fraud
The earlier you desist from this evil campaign of yours the better for your future, channel your energy into more promising acts. It is NOT a fraud and will never be.

PoliticsRe: The Battle For The Soul Of Anambra State by gleaf: 2:08pm On Oct 23, 2013
Well said! The problem with Ngige is that he is DESPERATE to govern Anambra, he so much blvd that he can ride anybody that comes across him. His desperation led him to Uba brothers and now to the wrong party and Godfather(s), same desperation made him to lose his conscience during the deportation saga cos he wants to be in good books for the party's ticket(Annie and Ezemo, was really up against him then), now he has the ticket without the voters which suppose to be his primary aim.

Even a mad man will laugh at this! (That Obi instructed the priest to stop Ngige).... While Uba is exhibiting his desperation with cash Ngige is busy exhihibiting his midget desperation through false sympathy. Ngige should be very careful before another curse will come his way.
