Tension as Truckloads of Fulani Herders Allegedly Arrive Kwara Border for INEC Registration
Reports from remote communities in Kwara State’s Kaiama and Baruten local government areas have sparked alarm, as residents claim that truckloads of Fulani herders from various parts of Nigeria—and possibly beyond—are being brought to INEC registration centres for voter enrolment.
Locals describe the movement as massive and unprecedented, raising concerns about potential political manipulation and security risks in these border communities.
Both Kaiama and Baruten, predominantly Batonu-speaking areas, share a porous boundary with the Republic of Benin, making cross-border movements difficult to monitor.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently commenced its nationwide Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise. Online pre-registration began on August 18, 2025, while in-person registration at local government offices and designated centres started on August 25, 2025. The exercise is scheduled to run until August 30, 2026.

An American woman and her husband were left in shock after she discovered mould inside a brand-new sanitary pad she was about to use. Her concern grew when she placed the pad under a light and noticed visible mould within it. Surprisingly, when taken away from the light, the pad appeared clean, dry, and completely new.
This incident serves as a reminder for women to always inspect their sanitary pads carefully before use.
A man in Calabar alleged that EFCC operatives broke into his apartment through the POP ceiling and poured acid on their gate locks during a raid. Videos of the incident have gone viral, though the EFCC has yet to release an official response.
A viral video circulating online shows a man lamenting after an alleged raid by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Calabar, Cross River State, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
According to the man, EFCC officials forcefully gained entry into their apartment by breaking through the POP ceiling and allegedly pouring acid on the locks of their compound gate to open it.
Clips shared on social media reveal visible damage to the ceiling, which the man claimed was caused during the forced entry. He also alleged that the acid used destroyed their gate’s locking system.
As of Thursday, October 23, 2025, the EFCC has not issued any official statement regarding the alleged operation.
This incident has reignited public criticism of the agency’s methods, especially concerning nighttime raids and the use of excessive force—actions many Nigerians have described as unlawful and prone to human rights violations.
Further investigation and official clarification are awaited to verify the man’s claims and determine the full circumstances surrounding the alleged raid.
Chinese businessman Ross Boss has responded to accusations of scamming a Nigerian customer, raised by social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM). The dispute centers on a Nigerian woman alleging she lost a full container of goods. VeryDarkMan, who initially endorsed Ross Boss, later retracted his support, citing suspicious business practices. Ross Boss denied the allegations, highlighting his 10+ years in business, challenging VDM to provide proof, and warning he could face jail in China if the claims were true.
He also claimed that VeryDarkMan’s so-called “direct Chinese contact,” Wanyi Accessories, is actually VDM’s sister, Vivian Otse, pretending to be Chinese. The feud highlights risks in Nigeria-China trade, online scams, and cross-border business disputes.
A Chinese businessman known as Ross Boss has responded to accusations of scamming a Nigerian customer, allegations brought to light by Nigerian social media activist VeryDarkMan. The dispute revolves around an alleged scam involving a full container of goods and features a complex exchange of positions between VeryDarkMan and Ross Boss.
Initial Partnership: VeryDarkMan had previously promoted Ross Boss as a trusted business associate for Nigerians seeking to import goods from China. In March 2025, he highlighted how Ross Boss had helped him recover money from a separate scam and praised the businessman for opening up opportunities to Nigerians.
VeryDarkMan’s Reversal: In October 2025, VeryDarkMan publicly withdrew his endorsement of Ross Boss. He released videos retracting his earlier statements and cautioning Nigerians to exercise care when dealing with Ross Boss.
The Scam Allegation: This reversal was triggered by a complaint from a Nigerian woman who claimed that Ross Boss had scammed her out of a full container of goods. In his video, VeryDarkMan explained that he no longer trusts Ross Boss after observing what he described as "shady" business practices during a trip to China.
Meanwhile, VeryDarkMan (VDM) and BLord have been engaging in an online exchange after VDM accused BLord—a popular cryptocurrency entrepreneur—of selling repackaged iPhone XRs as iPhone 17s and selling cars at exorbitant prices to Nigerians. VDM vowed to reveal secrets behind sourcing these items cheaper in China and promised to show Nigerians how to get products shipped from China at lower costs.
Ross Boss’s Response: Ross Boss, described as VDM’s “China plug,” has publicly responded to VeryDarkMan’s accusations. He challenged the woman to report the case to the police in China, stating clearly that if the allegations were true, he would face severe legal consequences, including being jailed in China. He also pointed to his substantial inventory to question the likelihood of risking his entire business over a single transaction.
In addition, Ross Boss made several counterclaims against VeryDarkMan:
He called VeryDarkMan "childish and immature" and accused him of using his influence to fabricate false evidence.
He alleged that VeryDarkMan was attempting to use a “nameless girl” to defame him.
He stated that he had spent $15,000 (about N23 million) on VeryDarkMan during his visit to China and presented receipts as proof.
Regarding VeryDarkMan’s claim of seeing 15 Facebook accounts on his phone, Ross Boss clarified that the accounts belonged to his sales staff.
He also claimed that VeryDarkMan’s so-called “direct Chinese contact” named “Wanyi Accessories” was actually VeryDarkMan’s sister, Vivian Otse, pretending to be Chinese.
In the video, Ross Boss alleged that it is actually VDM who has an EFCC case and questioned why VDM is now labeling him a scammer.
Ross Boss explained that he has been in business for over 10 years—long before VeryDarkMan came to China this year—and that he has never taken a kobo from VDM. He dared VDM to focus on what they actually do together instead of trying to paint him as a scammer.
He also challenged VeryDarkMan to provide any evidence of a scam, stating that he is waiting for proof.
The conflict has escalated into a public dispute, with both parties trading accusations online. The situation has highlighted broader issues in cross-border trade between Nigeria and China, including the risks of online scams and the challenges of seeking legal recourse in international business transactions. VeryDarkMan has maintained his position, while Ross Boss continues to defend his reputation and business practices.

The protest began with one man, identified as Declan Ihekaire, marching through the streets of Lagos while holding a placard that read, “Free Nnamdi Kanu Now! He’s Just a Freedom Fighter.” In videos circulating on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter), Ihekaire could be seen chanting “Free Nnamdi Now!” as he walked alone before passersby began to join his march in solidarity.

Meanwhile, in Abuja, a separate and more organized protest led by activist Omoyele Sowore also took place. Security operatives reportedly fired tear gas and barricaded major roads to disperse the demonstrators, leading to several arrests.
Reacting to the incidents, the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) condemned the protests, labeling them as politically motivated and orchestrated by opposition elements.
In response to growing tensions, the Nigerian Correctional Service declared all correctional facilities across the country as “Red Zones,” warning protesters to stay away from prison areas.
The demonstrations are part of a wider campaign demanding the release of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), who remains in detention facing terrorism-related charges.
Many Nigerians have continued to express their displeasure over the handling of the protests, calling for calm and the respect of citizens’ constitutional right to peaceful demonstration.

The demonstrators were demanding the freedom of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Their plan was to march toward Aso Rock Villa, Nigeria’s presidential seat of power.
However, protesters defied police restrictions and continued their march, insisting on proceeding with their peaceful protest despite heavy security presence.
The protest was later interrupted when combined security teams — including the Police, Army, and Department of State Services (DSS) — intervened. They released tear gas and fired live ammunition into the air to scatter the crowd.
While the use of force created panic, there are no verified reports that any protester was shot or killed during the incident.
Videos circulating online capture the tense moments when Sowore and several protesters ran for safety as gunshots rang out. Some protesters could be heard shouting defiantly, saying, “Tear gas cannot stop us!” even as they fled the scene.

Summary: A Nigerian lady has accused a reputable hospital of wrongly diagnosing her with stage 3 cancer and subjecting her to unnecessary chemotherapy. She claimed the hospital used students for treatment and that she almost died before returning to Lagos, which she said saved her life. The ordeal left her with a burnt scalp and emotional trauma. She has since filed a lawsuit against the hospital, rejecting their plea for an out-of-court settlement, and vows to expose them publicly as she seeks justice.
A Nigerian lady has shared her shocking experience after a reputable hospital allegedly misdiagnosed her with stage 3 cancer.
In a video showing her clean-shaven head, she revealed that the hospital’s mistake caused her immense physical and emotional pain. According to her, she has already filed a lawsuit against the hospital and promised to release full details of everything that has happened so far.
She claimed that the hospital was using students to handle patients, and that she was given chemotherapy despite not actually having cancer. She recounted how she almost lost her life during the treatment, saying what saved her was returning to Lagos for further medical checks. “They’re killing people there!” she exclaimed in frustration.
In her words, she said, “It’s crazy that a doctor would do this to me. They damaged me… they finished me.”
Pointing to her shaved head, she added, “Look at my scalp; it’s even burnt already. So this is what a Nigerian hospital can do to you.”
She further explained that although the hospital has been pleading for an out-of-court settlement, she has refused, insisting that she will wait for the court hearing. She also called on her followers to help her tag VDM, saying she will soon call out the hospital by name and expose everything publicly.
Billionaire senator Ned Nwoko has responded to the viral video of his wife, Regina Daniels, crying and alleging domestic violence. In a shocking statement, Ned denied the claims, accusing Regina of drug and alcohol abuse as the real cause of their marital problems. He alleged she attacked staff, destroyed property, and even shared a video showing the damaged house windows. The senator insists Regina needs rehabilitation, while fans remain divided over who to believe — Regina’s emotional outburst or Ned’s explosive revelation.
Just when Nigerians were still reacting to the viral video of Regina Daniels crying and lamenting about alleged violence in her marriage, her billionaire husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, has finally broken his silence — and his side of the story paints a very different picture.
In an official statement titled “Regina’s Unprovoked Carnage and Rampage in My House and in My Absence,” Nwoko dismissed all allegations of domestic violence, claiming instead that Regina’s drug and alcohol abuse is the real cause of the ongoing crisis in their home.
According to him, Regina’s behavior has drastically changed in recent months due to her substance abuse issues, which have caused serious problems in the household.
“Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem,”
Nwoko stated. “She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety. Now she has moved to a place where she will have unrestricted access to drugs.”
Nwoko also alleged that Regina has become violent, claiming she recently slapped and assaulted three staff members, destroyed property including cars and windows, and even threatened their resident nurse.
To back his claims, the senator shared a video showing the shattered windows and damage allegedly caused by Regina during one of her reported outbursts.
“I have other wives, and none will ever accuse me of violence. Regina is the violent one here,” he said. “A clear-headed Regina would have taken Moon to the hospital, but instead she threatened to kill our resident nurse for exposing her drug abuse.”
The senator further accused two individuals — identified as Sammy and Ann — of being Regina’s main drug suppliers, alleging that one of them “orchestrated a scene of chaos” while he was away taking their son, Moon, to the hospital.
Nwoko revealed he had set a rehabilitation condition for Regina, insisting she continue her therapy either in Asokoro or outside Nigeria, preferably in Jordan, where she would have no access to drugs.
Background
This response comes after a viral video showed Regina Daniels crying on the floor and saying,
“In Ned Nwoko’s house I am nothing but in my house I am a queen… I cannot stand the violence, it’s too much.”
Her emotional outburst had sparked widespread outrage, with fans accusing Nwoko of domestic violence. However, his new statement — along with the video evidence of the alleged destruction — shifts the narrative completely, suggesting addiction and mental instability as the main cause of the turmoil.
As of now, Regina Daniels has not publicly responded to her husband’s claims. The story continues to unfold, leaving fans divided over who to believe — Regina’s emotional video or Ned’s shocking counter-accusation.
REGINA’S UNPROVOKED CARNAGE AND RAMPAGE IN MY HOUSE AND IN MY ABSENCE
Summary: Rumors have resurfaced that Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has left her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, following alleged domestic violence. A viral video shows Regina tearfully saying she “can’t stand the violence,” sparking widespread concern. While both parties have remained silent, past incidents — from Chika Ike pregnancy rumors to Regina removing her husband’s name from social media — have fueled ongoing speculation. Though unconfirmed, this latest clip has made many believe the breakup rumor might finally be true.
The internet has once again been set abuzz with reports suggesting that Nollywood actress Regina Daniels may have walked out of her marriage to billionaire husband Ned Nwoko — this time, over alleged domestic violence. While these claims remain unverified, a closer look at past events surrounding the couple’s relationship raises questions about whether there might be some truth behind the latest rumor.
A viral video currently circulating online shows Regina Daniels in visible distress. In the clip, she’s seen sitting on the floor, surrounded by several people, as a man tries to console her. In tears, she says, “In Ned Nwoko’s house I am nothing but in my house I am a queen… I cannot stand the violence, it’s too much.” Voices in the background can be heard saying, “let her drink water,” and “please give her water.”
The video, first posted by Gossip Million Nigeria, also captures a young man—believed to be Regina’s brother—confronting another man dressed in white, reportedly one of the thugs allegedly sent to attack her after an altercation.
Although Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko have not publicly responded to these allegations, the clip has reignited long-standing rumors that all may not be well in their marriage.
A Pattern of Past Controversies
This isn’t the first time speculation has trailed the couple’s relationship. In February 2025, rumors circulated that Ned Nwoko was expecting a child with actress Chika Ike. Both parties denied the claims, but Regina’s online activity fueled the gossip even further — she deactivated her Instagram account and later returned without her husband’s name or photos.
A month later, in March 2025, Regina dropped her married name in a video introduction and shared cryptic messages about having a “backup plan.” Many fans interpreted this as a subtle hint that her marriage might be facing challenges.
Later that same month, Nwoko publicly denied all breakup rumors. He announced that they were expecting their third child together and even placed a ₦10 million bounty on the blogger who started the story. Both Regina and Ned later posted updates reaffirming their relationship, seemingly putting an end to the speculation — at least temporarily.
Why This Time Feels Different
Unlike previous online drama, this new situation comes with a disturbing visual — Regina Daniels herself seen crying and allegedly describing the violence she faces. The authenticity of the clip remains in question, but its emotional impact has sparked renewed public concern.
What makes this rumor stand out is the consistency of signs over the past months — from cryptic posts to changes in her social media behavior, and now, an emotional video suggesting deeper issues.
Even though there’s no official statement yet from either side, the series of past incidents and Regina’s visible distress have made many Nigerians believe that something might indeed be wrong behind the glamorous façade.
Final Thoughts
Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko’s marriage has always been admired by many, symbolizing wealth, fame, and luxury. Yet, beneath the social media perfection, this latest video paints a picture of emotional pain and possible turmoil.
Until official statements are made, all claims remain unverified, but if the past patterns are anything to go by, the current rumor might not be entirely baseless.
As the story continues to develop, fans are eagerly waiting to hear from the couple themselves.

Wahab Aisha, a young woman from Edo State, was reportedly kidnapped last week Saturday at Igbira Camp. Her abductors are said to be demanding a ransom of ₦20 million for her release.
In a short video circulating online, Aisha was seen in tears, pleading with Nigerians to help raise the remaining ransom money for her freedom. Pointing to her swollen legs, she said in Pidgin English, “See my legs, dem don swell up, I no fit waka again. Abeg help me, make dem no kill me."
A Nigerian man tearfully shared how helping a woman push her car into a filling station turned into a nightmare after a policeman suddenly arrested him. He explained that he refused a ₦50 reward offered by the woman, which led to an argument. The officer, claiming he also helped push the car, handcuffed him and took him into custody. The man, who says he’s from Edo State, insists he’s innocent and not a criminal, swearing he has never committed any crime. His emotional story has since gone viral, drawing sympathy and outrage from viewers online.
A Nigerian man has tearfully narrated how he was arrested by the police simply for refusing to collect a ₦50 payment after helping a woman push her car.
Speaking during a live interview on NTA and TVC News, the man, who identified himself as being from Edo State, explained that his house was previously burnt down in Chisco, a community in the Jakande area of Lagos, following a clash between some Nigerians and a group of Contonou residents living in the area.
When asked whether he had killed anyone, he broke down in tears and said, “No, I didn’t kill anybody.” He added that if he were truly the armed robber the police accused him of being, he wouldn’t appear so unkempt and helpless.
He said, “Look at my condition. I know I look rugged, but I have never done anything like that. I’ve never joined any gang before.”
Narrating what led to his arrest, he explained that he saw a woman whose car had run out of fuel near an Oando filling station and decided to help her push it into the station so she could buy fuel. Afterward, the woman offered him ₦50 as appreciation, but he rejected the money, saying it was too small, and demanded a better reward. When she refused, he angrily picked up a stone to threaten her into increasing the payment.
At that moment, a policeman appeared, claiming he had also helped in pushing the car. The officer then handcuffed him. Although the policeman initially released him, he suddenly came running after him again moments later and re-arrested him.
The man said the incident happened earlier this month around the Lekki area of Lagos, just when he was planning to travel back to his hometown in Edo State. Tearfully, he mentioned that his twin sister lives in Malaysia and all he needed was transport fare to return home.
When asked again if he was a criminal, he firmly replied, “No, I am not a criminal!” He went on to say that he was ready to swear with any kind of Nigerian juju to prove his innocence, even right there during the live interview — insisting that if he were truly guilty, he should die.
The emotional video has since attracted numerous reactions online, with many expressing sympathy for his situation.

An elderly woman was captured on camera bravely chasing Fulani herdsmen and their cows out of her farmland to prevent them from eating her crops.
After trying to reason with the herdsmen — who appeared slow to act — the woman noticed that the cows had already begun feeding on her crops. Frustrated, she quickly picked up objects and began throwing them at the animals to drive them away from her land.
The question remains: could these herdsmen really not have known that this was someone’s farmland, cultivated through hard work?
