I watched Showunmis video or inter with Seun of channels. I love how he blamed the South Easterners.

For 8 years, Northerners witnessed brutal bigotry directed at us from the SE. It was pure hatred. For religious reasons, we did not push back.

The same thing they also tried to do with the South westerners, and they met their match and are now screaming all over Twitter LOL.

The exact statement from SDP is:

“The NWC, therefore and hereby, decides that by confirming and ratifying the denunciation of El-Rufai, which was earlier done by his Unguwar Sarki Ward, Kaduna North Local Government Area and the Kaduna State Executive Committee in Kaduna, the SDP at all levels disassociates, disclaims, dis-fellowships and excommunicates El-Rufai as a member of the SDP. And to the extent that he purportedly claims membership by self registration or any other means, he is consequently, expelled from the membership of the Social Democratic Party anywhere in Nigeria and globally.”

I.e he is not a member but even if he claims to be, or if by any means he actually registered, let it be known that he is expelled.

It is called a conditional statement. They don’t believe there is any record of him being a member but if for any reason it turns out he actually registered and is a member, he is nonetheless expelled.

The reason for that is simple. Their records at his ward show he is not a member. However if for some reason he actually is a member and their records were inaccurate, let it be known that he is expelled. If they just said he is not a member and it turns out later he actually registered elsewhere e.g Abuja, then legally he would be a member.

It’s the kind of sloppiness that has landed many parties in trouble. It shows thoroughness by SDP.
