What is legacy project? If he wanted Anambra to be run into debts he would have gone ahead to do that. There are more important problems he provided solution to, road network, health sector, education sector. And Living Anambra as a financially fit state. His Awka flyovers for example were costed at over 13 billion naira from just 1 billion the Obi administration projected.
