That said, since the dosage can easily be overdone, brain damage and death are also likely outcomes of ingesting this drug, whose effect is highly desired by criminals seeking to empty the bank accounts of their victims. My advice is that just negotiate with the bricklayer and tell him how much you can afford to pay for the labour. Because if you pay daily payments you’ll spent more than that 150k. But with the materials just tell him that can 28 bags of cement and 2200 blocks will complete it. Let him know. that’s your budgets for it.
