Oh yeah. The NPC Birth Certificate should suffice, I think (not 100% sure). It's the NPC Attestation Letter that must be accompanied with the Court Affidavit from a Federal High Court, that I'm 100% sure.

Please where is NPC office in Lagos?

Babe I didn’t do anything extraordinary o. Since I heard there are no interview date, I had to pay for my visa on time, so I can start searching for dates. Infact these days I sleep very late so I can check at midnight if I can find any date.
