Please what herbs is very effective for hydrosalpinx, and posterior vaginal cyst. Someone please help

Hello fruitful mother’s,
I read someone’s comment under a YouTube video, she said she was unable to conceive, she had multiple fibroids and the hubbys sperm was always coming out after lovemaking. Then she drank scent leave water, and it stopped and she got preggy. I couldn’t ask her some questions under the comment as I was rushing to the store. By the time I settled down and went back to the video, I couldn’t find that comment again. Please has anyone tried that before? Or knows anything about scent leave tea/ water?

Thank you so much. The doctor wasn't sure if it's Gartner duct or inclusion cyst. He just said it might be Gartner duct. Also said if I was considering IVF, the Cyst will need to be removed because that's where the needle passes through. He asked if I have pain during sex, but I don't. I'll be drinking the apple cider. I'll do sitz baths too. Don't know if I should do yoni pearls too. I'm so scared. My faith is shaken. The cyst is already 4.6CM

Sobs#So sorry about what you are going through sis. It can be overwhelming. For the Adenomyosis u can start castor oil massage to reduce inflammation. Also, change ur diet to strictly veggies and fruits. No sugar and soft drinks. For the cyst u can try apple cider vinegar in warm water every morning or just plain lemon water. Be deliberate, I pray God sees all ur efforts and crown it with success.

Sisters, please I need your input in this, so I did TVS just to be sure what's going on and also preventing our BFP. Even though we couldn't BD on ovulation day and the day after, but we BD 2 days before ovulation, and I learnt that sperm stays in the cervix for 3-5 days. So I thought God will use that to bless us. But AF showed again. Which prompted me to go for TVS. And the result showed

1- posterior Vaginal fornix cyst(Gartner duct cyst) ( never heard of such in my life)
2-Adenomyosis (just imagine what is going on in my body)
3-1cm subserosal Fibroid( Im just wondering where this one came from again. What cussed this for goodness sake. All the ultrasound I did never showed this. What could cause these for goodness sake. Is it Letrozole and fsh inj I took?

I saw my gynea and he said nothing can be done about the adenomyosis, I shouldn't worry about the fibroid since it's tiny (ofcouse I'm so worried as I heard that it grows. I want to get rid of it if there's any natural way to do that). And then he suggested Lap for the vaginal cyst(said 700k) for the laproscopy. I don't even have that kind of money, not even thinking about it.

Please is there anyone here that has experienced any of this? What can I do please. I'm sorry each time I comment here, it's always bad news. I pray one day I will come back here with good news. #Sobs#

I'm so heartbroken right now and feel like killing myself. Hubby recovered from covid so we had to do semen analysis again. Before then, I was giving him quava leaves and carrot everyday. And the the glory of God, the result came out well. So my gynea decided to place me on letrozole /fsh Injection again, he upped the dosage of the letrozole. I day 10, 2 dominant follicles were found on left and right, and the doctor triggered that same day, because one of the follicles on the left was ready 23mm. And he asked us to baby dance everyday. 24 hrs later, I ovulated. But I'm so shocked that my hubby didn't have erection. I had to run out to get some drugs for him, it didn't help, played some porn, it didn't still help. We struggled from Morning till night, no erection. Then in the night, he started having erection, but when he tried to make love to me, he becomes soft completely. All through the night till this morning. I woke up and saw a very hard erection, I had to wake him up so we can BD, we started th BD and he just got soft completely. And to think that he's going back to base this weekend. And I won't see him again till next year. I don't know why God is allowing this to happen to me. I'm sorry for my long epistle.

Giving it at your upper arm doesn’t stop it from working, hcg is usually given intramuscular or subcutaneous, subcutaneous is usually at d abdomen for hcg inj, and done for does undergoing ivf, I am sure it a daily thing for dem at a smaller dose, while for trigger shot, it can be given at the thigh, upper arm and buttocks.
A similar thing happened to me, I was given a trigger, I felt the ovulation using bbt, opk, ovulation pain, progesterone test etc, yet nothing, in fact I have been ovulating for some months now, everything is ok but nothing is happening, we have decided to continue praying and start saving, hopefully next year we are able to save enough and try ivf. Please sabi mamas continue to add me in your prayers, it has been hell for us, we don’t know what is wrong anymore

Hello sisters, please where do they give Hcg shot /fsh Injection? Is it on th abdomen or bum? I was given all the injections on my shoulder. Including the hcg shot. Im so confused, I don't know if it didn't work, and made me not to even ovulate. Please was I given the shot at the right place? Or is it truly this covid that messed things up?

Yes we are treating the covid. His parameters were perfect. That's why the doctor even had to trigger. He was meant to stay for 2 weeks. He feels better now. But he retested after 2 weeks and is still positive.

I'm so tired of this ttc journey. I took serrapeptase /Chinese teas/chamomile tea for a month, went for a repeat scan, and to the Glory of God, the paratubal cyst (hemorrhagic cyst) wasn't found again. My gynea monitored me, placed me on letrozole /fsh Injection / and on cycle day 10, scan showed 18.7mm follicle, and the day of the trigger shot, was the day hubby was suppose to arrive the country. But guess what, he sent me a message that same morning on his way that he was having symptoms of covid. Burning in his lungs and testes. My heart was broken. When he landed, he did covid test immediately and he tested positive. I feel this is just the work of the devil. I even still forced him to BD despite the pains in his testes,hoping that pregnancy will happen, but it didn't. I don't know if the covid affected his sperm count, or the steroid he took for the treatment. He complained about pains on his testes for about a week. I'm so broken right now.

To ans your question…trigger would induce ovulation..:which means it would force the follicle to rupture….follicles above 16mm can be triggered. ,,, also what tube was said to be partially blocked? Right or left? Where was the follicle seem, right or left…if it’s in line with the patent tube..then u should trigger../otherwise be sure both tubes are patent

From the result, they even wrote that both tubes are well opacified.

Sis, calm down.

I had to read your previous posts to get an idea of where you are at.
Leave trigger shots for now and concentrate on clearing the partial blockage of your right tube before trying to conceive, you risk having an ectopic and totally losing the tube if the partial blockage isn't cleared.
Use the serrapeptase, castor oil massage diligently for at least 3 months and do a tubal flushing and repeat the HSG.
When you've confirmed the tubes are cleared then you can work inducing ovulation with letrozole+FSH+HCG shots.
Your husband should keep taking his supplements too.

I took the HSG film to my gynecologist and he said the result they gave me was wrong. And tubes are patent. I wasn't convinced, I took it to another gyn and he said the same thing. My gyn suggested the trigger shot. I don't know why it is and how it works, that's why I asked. They only said they saw 3.8cm paratubal cyst.

Please what could be delaying my period? I'm 2 days late. I'm not pregnancy cos hubby has not been around. I had covid last month, and I treated with steroid (dexamethasone) and ivermectine. I also took vit C 1000mg too. That month, my cycle was very short. 23 days. It came 5 days earlier. I used the dexa for 7 days, but I continued with vit C, D, and zinc. I did fsh test that same month and it was a bit low, so I took vitex but for just 10 days. I've also been on serrapeptase and the Chinese teas too because of my tubes. Now my period is delayed. Please does someone know what's delaying it? And what to do to induce it?

Another option is to start tracking with opk from day 6 till u see a surge....once I get the surge u can trigger....trigger helps force ovulation for ppl who's follicle don't rupture....so if u have been ovulating normally I don't think trigger is necessary.....
So to ans your question... typically day 10....

I think The worst thing I did to myseld was to use clomid. The very first cyst I had in my life was caused by clomid. I used pregnacare too, I did not ovulate, infact that one was worse because it delayed my period. I had pregnancy test every day and it was all negative. And when the period finally came, I had heavy bleeding for 6 days. From the first day to the last day, it was so heavy, I've never had such in my life. I was scared. few months later, I found out through scan that I have cyst.
