This what happened to my nephew of 12yrs, we took him to a teaching hospital in Ghana and the India doctor that treated him said, it as a result of dirty water he used to swim in the village and according to him,he said if not treated well it might lead to life and make him impotent
I will advice you go to a govt hospital as soon as possible
