zeongeon: I wonder why people always want to make money from rendering help...well I got all nebosh materials from someone in this group for FREE..and made a distinction..I didn't have to pay a dime for d materials..please there certain things that one should be happy to give out without attaching any cost to it..

I must commend the good job. I stumbled upon this thread a few hours ago and I stayed glued to the end. I just wrote my NEBOSH IGC (June 12th) and expecting my result by end of August. I have just concluded my masters in Earth and Environmental Science while my first degree was in Biochemistry. My aim has always been to break into the O & G sector or other companies with very strong safety culture hence my going the NEBOSH route.

I'm presently searching for a safety officer/specialist job in Nigeria and I would be very appreciative if someone can post or direct me to links of such vacancies. Thank you.

As a first Degree Holder in Geography and Environmental Management, and a Masters in Environmental Technology, I intend going the HSE way; careful observation and x-raying of ideas, I intend starting with the Nebosh HSEP1.

Please house, where can I run the NEBOSH Health Safety and Environment for Process Industries (HSEPI) Course here in Lagos?

Two training institutes I have communicated with, both have their centres in Port Harcourt, Rivers State (Which is off my schedule)

I was thinking Anambra's standards is not same as Lagos's. The shape looks funny through, intend making use of only one plot, but from the look of things, I wonder what shape the building will take, on a plot of land.

tosh_acer: Whats the AREA? Thats the only way you can assure if it is 2 plots or not. From the way you mentioned it, it is not a rectangle. so finding the area is not easy just like that. A single plot is 18m by 36m which is 648square meters.

Yes, it's not rectangular per say... It's in Anambra State

lawyer: Check the survey plan and post the square Meters written at the top here. A regular size of a plot of land is 648sqm per plot

What I have on it is: 930.237Sq.m, and it's location is Anambra State.

Hello Nlders....

Was recently involved in a landed property, and the following survey figures (survey plan) came up. Though its not a clear cut straight land. I will love to know if this can be called 2 plots of land.

Width on both side: 20.20m and 22.72m
Length on both sides: (on one side, 20.70m and another 20.70m) , and on the other side,45.44m

I am not actually convinced this is close to being called 2 plots.

All the property lawyers, land agents, architects and whom it may concern should please come to my rescuer before I make a mistake...
