With respect to your QUESTION on Easter, Our dear LORD JESUS CHRIST specifically instructed us to celebrate his death...LUKE 22:19, 1st Corinthians11:23-26 and so on.

Bless you @GeoOla25! You have said it all, Sokoto Embayment (extension and Ngeria arm of Iullemende Basin) has no potential with respect to this white elephant project being chased by the GOVERNMENT of the day!

Bottom line:
Always see Pastors/Men of God/Religious leaders as humans! They are bound to make mistake, alter the wrong words, do things that do not sometimes reflect what the CREATOR of the HEAVENS and the EARTH (JEHOVAH GOD ALMIGHTY) commanded. That is why you should never build your wall and world around them. Establish your foundation on the Holy BOOK which is the word of GOD and HIS mind as delivered to us.
The Bible warned that "not everyone that calls the name of GOD (even pastors) belongs to him, save those that eschew iniquity", hence 2nd Timothy 2:19.

There are some persons who look up to you unknowingly in church, that mere seeing your presence in church encourage them and give them strength to face challenges of life and come out victorious because your smiles, encouragement, love and alms giving, lift them to stay on with God till the end of time. Such persons if they slide, God will not be happy with one, hence the need for the gathering.

Too many pastors have failed by yielding to materialism at the expense of the flocks and further exploiting flocks they were called to watch over. THANK GOD no one will escape JUDGEMENT on the last day, being it white throne or Judgement seat of Christ.

Let your BIBLE remain your standard and reference point. That is my own, I don't care what my pastor or people think about me.

Many have not only believed but they have started hurling insults at the man of God...Well, I now know the reason why so many ppl have problems without knowing the cause of their problems.

My friends, let's exercise caution when we talk about men of God!!! Even if u don't believe they are men of God, it will do u a whole lot of good if u exercise restraints...God can do anything to ppl that despise his prophets and pastors !!! He's a consuming fire!!!

Assuming but not conceding that he said all you said, I believe the context in which that was said must be considered too!!! Sincerely speaking, I believe Christians from different denominations can marry each other!!! As a practicing christian, it saves one the temptation of serial fornication, fornication in the mind, masturbation and other immoral acts.

Everybody has a biological clock embedded inside them.When its time for you to do something such as have a wife, offspring,family etc, your body will hold you ransom and ask for its due. It doesnt matter if you can speak in tongues from today till tomorrow or if you spend the whole time in church.
Everyone has a unique biological
clock. Your biological clock is not necessarily supposed to push you into marriage or sin.Its just there to tell you to start thinking of and preparing for marriage and intimacy and the responsibility that comes with it whether you like it or not.

There are only 2 ways of answering this call of nature:

1. The godly way: this involves getting married.
Our Lord Jesus Christ prescribed this as the only realistic solution to the natural incessant sexual urge associated with young people.
Its the best option.

2. The sinful way - serial fornication (in deed and thought), masturbation, pornography e.t.c
All these lead to 'death' - the full wage of sin.

The choice is yours.

Sexual intimacy will always be the ultimate reason godly people get married among other good reasons. Take it or leave it.

Any young man (graduate,working class, self employed) who is not thinking of getting married or preparing towards it must be living or enjoying a life of sin.

@all be carefull! The issue of age has made so many people loose lady/man that would better compliment them. A friend has a sister (married with one kid) whom he is three years older than and seems to be older than his wife (same age with my friend) with three kids, and both families are comfortable in terms of finance and other things of life.
