Ronaldo effect!
Truth be said...the healthy competition between the duo of Messi and Ronaldo has brought out the best in them and also make the game of soccer enjoyable.
Thank God it was my time this happened.
one side to a system does not make one consider possible prospect and talent on the flip side.
No thanks to FIFA, Ronaldo and Messi are both GOAT in the game, in my opinion
I salute the duo!!!

Scored the first goal, 1-0
Built up the second goal, 3-2
Caused the 3rd goal, 4-3
Scored the last free kick, 4-4!!

LIONEL MESSI,THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!! 🐐🔥

That set piece was done effortlessly. Indeed Messi is a material even at the current age. The motivation exuded by him helped his team regenerate their dwindling energy as it was obvious that the team members were almost giving up to accept their first defeat.
Congrats to Inter miami.

Stop seeing the khaki-wearing Oshiomole as a comrade. He's now more of a politician, senator and former governor looking to be in the good books of his political clique.

Don't fall for his trick of pretending to speak for the masses.

Thanks @TemplarLandry. Is it not the same person that was among the brains behind the acclaimed 30k minimum wage. some public service workers in EDO have not forgotten his wicked antics he orchestrated to realise the minimum wage formular they were using before the current Governor came up with his mathematically crafted one (less than 40k in reality) currently being used in the state?
He (Oshiomole) is a case of a witch killing one's child and still coming to commiserate with the person but using a louder voice (cry) to show sympathy.

Romance / Re: LGBTQ Signs All Over Latest Subway Surfer Version by gly(m): 4:18pm On Jun 23, 2023
Astra101:
let's consider a hypothetical scenario where everyone in the world did identify as gay and chose not to procreate. With no natural option and no child to adopt.

Each time I think about this gay stuff and the tenacity with which the west is pushing it, the thought above always reverberate in my head.

So my curiosity led me to CHAT-GPT.
Here is the excerpt from our conversation...

In the hypothetical scenario you've described, where everyone in the world identified as gay and chose not to procreate, and there were no children available for adoption, the result would be a significant decline in the global population over time. This decline would continue until the remaining population either reached a level that could be sustained or until alternative means of procreation or population growth were introduced.

It's worth noting that the scenario you've presented is highly unlikely and unrealistic. Sexual orientation is a diverse aspect of human identity, and it's not possible for an entire population to universally identify as gay. Additionally, even in situations where there is a decline in birth rates or a temporary decrease in population, societies have historically found ways to adapt and evolve.

Furthermore, in real-world scenarios where procreation is limited, such as in countries with low birth rates or declining populations, societies often implement measures to address the situation. These can include policies to encourage childbirth, support for families, immigration policies, or advancements in reproductive technologies.

It's important to remember that the future of human populations and societal dynamics is complex and influenced by a multitude of factors. Hypothetical scenarios should be approached with caution, as they often oversimplify the intricacies of real-world situations.

The west knows they have failed and got this one wrong, hence they are fighting tooth and nail to have it round.

General price increase.
Even love has increased in price. I think a bag of unpure water is about N250 - N300 in Lagos (not sure).

Why did we stop drinking tap water in Nigeria?
As a child I drank tap water and it was refreshing. I remember we would keep Ragolis containers when we are opportuned to lay our hands on table water, fill it with water and put it in the fridge. We served it to guests and no one freaked out.

We go to houses with boreholes, pay them for just one 20L rubber and that water would be strictly for drinking. Fast forward to 2023, most houses have personal boreholes and can't drink same water.

What changed?

You and I changed! and that also changed the narrative!
Not until we factor in Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), especially goal-6 in what ever we are doing, I am afraid the worst just days are few hours away.
We may postpone the evil days but whether we like it or not the evil days will surely come safe we think of integrated water resource management (IWRM) in all we do

3) osun state is the home of tinubu and yet tinubu lose am because osun state is some how seen as the most educated place in South west...which means tinubu is not even supposed to be among the contestants..not to talk of becoming the president
So if you are a Nigerian youth and you can't figure out this simple truth then your education is a total waste and you need to collect your school fees from any tertiary institution you finished from

Nope! The future will be sweeter as more employments loading! The only thing is for us to skill up to remain relevant. FOR EXAMPLE: the rate of manufacturing of robot and the use of AI must meet up to demand of end users thus increasing production and manufacturing rate. In that context producers will be demanding for you and I to fit in but the big question is are you ready to carve your own niche to fit in?
Business / Entrepreneur Library By Gly: If You Lack Discipline...Read This by gly(m): 8:56am On Jun 20, 2023
1. If you want to live a happy and successful life, you can't rely on motivation.

Motivation will fail you. Discipline will keep you going.

2. Excuses will make today easy but the future harder.

Discipline is harder today but makes the future easier.

Choose your hard.

3. Choose your goals and write them down.

You must have a clear vision of where you're going or you'll get lost.
4. Focus on the habit, not the outcome.

Say "I'll exercise 4 times a week" instead of saying "I'll lose 0,5 kilograms a week"

5. Prioritize quality sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep every night is crucial.

Get to bed early and wake up early.

Getting up early will make you more disciplined.

6. You need to say "no" more often. Taking on too many tasks will make you feel overwhelmed.

Your time and energy are limited. Every time you say yes to someone else, you say no to yourself.

Prioritize wisely.

7. Just start. Most dreams are killed before they even get going.

Imperfect action is much better than no action. You'll never feel ready.

Break down your goal into smaller steps, set deadlines, and stop over-complicating.

8. Forgive yourself. We all make mistakes.

Don't let mistakes stop you. It's never a failure as long as you learn the lesson and keep going.

Food / Guinness World Records Breaks Silence On Chef Dammy's 120-hour Cookathon by gly(m): 4:21pm On Jun 15, 2023
Guinness World Records has finally broken silence regarding Nigerian chef, Damilola Adeparusi's 120-hour cook-a-thon.

The body maintained that the chef did not seek from approval before beginning the cook-a-thon as there are procedures and rules which would have been sent to her to follow
The body said:

"We have not received an application for this attempt. Applications can be made via the Guinness World Records website for our records management team to review.

"Once an application is accepted, the record claimant receives a set of detailed guidelines specific to that record category that must be adhered to.

"This also details a list of evidence that must be submitted for our team to verify the record. Guinness World Records maintains a rigorous review process to maintain the integrity of each Guinness World Records title."
Remember, Chef Dammy began her cook-a-thon in Ekiti state with the intention of overtaking Hilda Baci's 100-hour cooking record.

Chef Dammy was reportedly pushed into the cooking challenge by her pastor who wanted to make a name for the chef and his church.

While Hilda Baci's record was certified by GWR yesterday, Dammy on the other hand got a negative feedback as the body denied being aware of her mission.

Your theory of windows is when you are in high speed. Your wound down windows won't do anything if you are in traffic. But if you are using your ac in traffic bear in mind the car will use more fuel.

Your comment is apt oglalasioux. well done. We Nigerians are good at discussing half-truth without details.
OP if you feel what was said is wrong compare winding up and putting on your AC on a sunny day while stuck in traffic for 1 hour, with your 4 windows down under the same condition I stated earlier.
