Hi,
I need a middle class estate in Lagos where 1m or less can get me a two bedroom apartment for rent.

I prefer the island but mainland is fine. Also it should have good security, water supply and good road.

Thanks!

all these requirements for a 2bed in Lagos at that budget? I follow keenly

So I paid @yalhaji to help me ship some items in perfect condition, and what I was going to get is one with a cracked screen, and I am supposed to bear the loss. This is an iPhone XS Max screen. She told me my items were in Lagos, and when I called her handler, I got to know the pickup location is not closeby. So I called a family friend who has a courier company to get me one of his dispatch bikes to help me pick my items. These items came in, and the first thing I saw was this crack. I texted her, and she’s trying to play smart with me. According to her, the XS Max, which she packaged didn’t crack while in transit from US to Lagos, but it cracked while in transit from Shomolu to Fagba. How did the phone crack inside the box of a dispatch bike that didn’t carry any other item?? The phone probably cracked because she bubble-wrapped it together with another phone, instead of packaging the two phones separately. Am I supposed to let this slide just like that? I am quite cool and probably the last person to exchange words with anyone here, but I needed to bring this here, cos this is completely unacceptable.

This is a really dicey situation, especially If item wasn't opened to confirm at point of pickup. I recently lost about 120k replacing an item because we did not open to confirm state of item at point of pickup.

Hello nairalanders

I having a business idea that I am about to startup, I have acquired the capital and skillset ready to start small, I also have a clear cut business plan for it.

Now I just want to hear from other nairalanders the challenges they experienced when they started their business.

Sometimes business plans and strategy sometimes won't go as planned. There are times when you'd be faced with unplanned occurrences in the business, and as such, you might be faced with several business setbacks. One certain thing is, each time you face a setback or a challenge and scale through it, your business becomes stronger, you become wiser and grow.

Business plan is great, but be open for the unplanned and build a strong will to thrive in the business against all odd

Is this offer still available?

It was a troll.

Ojusegunola:
...your idiot will always take prices so high.mark u I don't price your products.i always tell u to bring it down.so i ve been giving you sleepless nights.sorry.im not stopping your preys from buying. This is a clearance thread don't forget.ode!

Bro, I did not want to argue with you then. I rarely post on clearance thread except I want to clear. And I have done that a very few times. Yes, I have also gotten a few things from here. But you, you will be pricing everywhere, pulling down people's wares. You better grow up. If you don't want to buy people's wares, just close your poor eyes and pass. Because if you continue the way you are going, you might end up buying stolen properties and get into trouble. Sicilyjoe too

Sicilyjoe:
U are very stupid and I will sue u for character assassination and deformation , u will hear from my lawyer soon

Suarez, you by yourself, click on your profile and check your posts. You will even realise that you are becoming a nuisance. Pricing things upandan without buying. You have money for lawyer and you could not even buy the basic things you need peacefully and quietly? Wayray na you be. Better stop spamming posts and meet sellers on their dm. I repeat again, shisshi, you no get.
