I'm sure if she had constantly contacted them politely,regarding the defaults, and constantly reminding them of her commitment to repay, it wouldn't have gotten to the extent that it has. Besides, the terms were spelt out, nobody forces anyone to accept the interest rate being offered.

There are reasons for defaults, but ability to manage the situation, sincerely and constantly pleading with the persons contacting her would have not led to this.

She must have been rude and terrible when being called severally.

Yours is not China, media is a Chinese manufacturing company with factory in China, therefore yours is fake. As such, a fake used midea *sent from* cooker is fair enough at 20k

young man, I'm not a billionaire, I hustle daily for bread through different legitimate means. Apart from phones and car, everything I have is brand new because I don't have energy for stress, and brand new gives me peace and pride. I follow this thread because it's fun for me, and who knows? I might stumble on an actual clearance item.
I have sold brand new TV's here as clearance, I have also sold brand new stabilizer here as clearance. I can't count, but I wouldn't come here and post items for prices that would be found in the market place and for less

All you do is buy it cos it was tested, did u ever paid details to the power consumption, you want to compare to heavy power consumption electronics sent down to naija as tokunbo to items bought new and of recent not ages tokunbo products. 1 also posted AC for 45k & 55k negotiable, maybe its not mine you're referring to, but for the fact that the mention is general, and I also get at sellers POSTING SALES FOR PRICES EVEN HIFHER THAN NEW.

1) You need to consider the brand of the particular AC and the condition, after many buy things that gives them problems and complains here, what do we really do? Condemn forth n bacj, but the problem remains that of the buyer.

2) Where is 1.5 split AC sold lesser than 40k 45k? If you can point me, I can add that to my research field, not 1hp o, if you'd get it at a really lower process, I guess its no testing and buyer will be cool with what it turns out to be after. There's a particular home appliances thread I came across that someone kept quoting all posts stating that the stuffs the guy sells are faulty n repaired stuff which will most likely give buyer problems afterwards as his 2 AC purchased turned out same.

3) Cheapest 1.5hp AC, Syinix n other brands not popular or known for quality yet goes for I think 80-85k, is 40-45k little money to add to that and buy a new one?

I posted a 13kg washing machine with it condition, long epistle , I would have sold it faster if i only wrote WORKING PERFECTLY, and the buyer would come thereafter to express his or her disappointment. But some people don't deceice others in the sense of trying to sell.

if you are in Lagos, just holla me any Saturday and I'll take you to where you'll select 1.5HP AC's for 45K. You'll test them and even select from large pool of options. Personally, I buy new things and know my way around various markets, from new to used, to scrap. My point is, if you have an item to sell at market price, create a thread for it. Don't come here and post it as clearance, meanwhile the price is the norm at the market place. For the AC, I wasn't referring to anyone, I just sited an instance
