Next time check same product from another seller on Jumia, remember it's a market place and not everyone is honest. Someone packages used PS4 as brand new on that site. So check multiple stores, not necessarily the price but reviews.

I guess you're not using PS4 pro, so the regular PS4 consumes around 150watts n your led 32in TV is between 54 - 64 watts, your rechargeable fan shouldn't be more than 40 watts.

Solution

Go to a store and get inverter 900 - 1kva
Get a battery between 150AH to 200AH

You're good to go.
