I appreciate your kind reply. Thank you very much!

Finally, I am actually interested in the M7 Deutschland package. I watch the German channels on 9e.

Would it be possible to cover M7 Deutschland on same 1 meter? I currently have 82%/74% on my 3 meter dish for M7 Deutschland channels.

umbo:
Yes U are good to go
I currently have 9e on my 1meter here in Ibadan

Hello Everyone,

How are you doing today?

That I may ask? Can I nail or track 9e with 1.8 meter dish; Mowe/Ibafo area.

Have 3m fibre dish currently used for 9e, though paint is old and worn out but still working/receiving fine (may need painting and need recommendation).

Moving to a new location, I may not have such big space for a 3m dish, so thinking if 1.8m would be able to nail 9e in that area (Mowe/Ibafo), and I can get a used one.

Thank you.

Mind You;
PMS is sold 580 at nnpc
AGO is sold 850

While in this locality; very very local that's the closest fueling station is 45mins drive away.
PMS is sold at 620
AGO is sold at 900

Hello everyone, how are you doing today?

Could the OP or anyone please tell me if this rate is still tenable today?

I am currently challenging a project with a bricklayer about the rate that he gave us and already paid twice:

6.5k/70 blocks for 9" = #92.85 per block

6.5k/80 blocks for 6" = #81.25 per block

This building is not just starting from the foundation but combining both the lower setting (2nd coach) and mid setting (4th coach) meant to be built up to the lintel level.

I just want to be certain so that I can justify my actions that the fee is too high per block.

Because from the below (OP) rate we have:

60k/1000blocks lower setting = #60 per block
70k/1000blocks mid setting = #70 per block
90k/1000block floor setting = #90 per block

Vocals:
Yes it's is fair enough,

60k /1000blocks lower setting(ground to 6th coach)
70k /1000blocks mid setting(7th to 10th coach)
90k /1000block floor setting(decking upwards)
That's the rate I was given though.

I know this is really a long post way back. I think I need someone to help me with tracking of 9e with my 3m dish. I tried this at the time using strong long neck LNB for a week with no success and gave up. Now I think I am much more interested in these Deutsch stations. I stay around Ijoko-road, Sango-Ota, Ogun State.

What bank are you using? Are these inflows from foreign remitter or just over the counter deposit and withdrawal by you? I am stucked with GTB I just need an alternative bank soon. I should be able to withdraw inflow over the counter for Christ’s sake.

tolajay:
Maybe that's just a GTB policy.

Why would I be stuck to a bank when I have over 20 others?
BusinessRe: How To Make FX Transfer In Gtbank To Another Customer by gmichael: 12:41pm On Nov 04, 2020
Hello brother, I am currently facing the same issues. I haven't even tried the option of fx transfer to other dom account as I am just considering that not even knowing that option is no longer working. I also tried funding my flutterwave account with my dollar card in order to withdraw in naira to my account, but it says bank no longer support that currency.

Please how are you able to get your money out?

asco15:
I have always gotten inflow into my GTB Dom account and will simply sell it to those who need Dollar by making FX transfer to them.
Recently I can't do that, they said it's the new Policy that I can't send fx to another customer. It's so annoying because they want me to sell my dollar to them at official rate but they will never sell to me at official rate.
I'm currently looking for a way around this new policy.
Two options I have is to
1) send the money into my dollar master card and buy BTC, then resell the BTC at local rate on luno.com or any local BTC exchange.
2) send the money into my dollar master card and use an escrow service to sell it to another buyer.
3) check if other banks still allow fx transfer and dump GTB completely.

If you are having same issue, what's your way around it. or which option do you think I go with?

Please I'm still stuck. I bought my 3m dish from my neighbor who upgraded to 4m dish. The lnb on the dish is c-band, but the installer said I will need ku-band lnb for 9e and it goes for 10k. My brother, my pocket is smiling at the moment o. My question now, do I really need a ku-band lnb for 9e and can you recommend anyone? And does it really cost 10k to get one? My 3m dish is still lying here wasting. As he said I would still need to pay him 15k for installation (though he said he could collect anything less if I can't afford to pay up to that).

Please can you recommend a good ku-lnb for me. Or probably a close shot of your lnb installation and the type you used. I want to be adventurous and try things myself. I can and have been tracking birds using smaller dishes without hassle, I'm only thinking 3m is just bigger. But if I have everything I need, I don't mind giving a try.

Thank you!

Please what kind of ku-band lnbf can I use for 3m fibre dish? Can I get one in a regular satellite receiver equipment store and how much would it cost?

Thank you.

Hello House,

Please do I have a chance tracking with 3m dish on 19.2e with TP under the footprint below. I have an alternative for tracking 9e as suggested by someone here, but I just want to be adventurous if there is any chance? And not to waste my time if not going there at all? My location is Sango Ota.

Hello House,

Please I need KU LNB for 3m dish. My installer says its #10k, how come? Is it a whole different from the normal Strong Universal LNB sold for #600? And can't I use the C LNB currently on the dish for tracking 9e?

And I am considering buying actuator for my 3m dish? How much is actuator please? So I can negotiate when next we meet, in case I get a ridiculous price.

One got to be spending wisely these days o!

Thank You!

Hello, please I have a 3m dish. But I only need the German stations on 9e under "M7 Deutschland". Which of the M7 Deutschland TP is live or showing or trackable or within range? Initially, I was considering tracking Astra 19.2e with my 3m dish but an installer said we may only waste our time with fruitless effort that I need more bigger dish and a friend installer recommended M7 Deutschland on 9e that we should give a shot.

All I want is a TP for German Stations that is trackable for either Eutelsat 9e or Astra 19.2e. I have a 3m dish and my location is around toll-gate after Abule Egba.

Thanks for your anticipated help!

Finally got eutelsat 7...11474 v 27500 with 70% while the MBC channels with 63%
Please, I have been trying for 2 weeks now (though not everyday). I just still couldn't get to go about tracking this bird despite relocating my dish position. Moreover, like in the former position I could still track ABS 3 at 3 degree west at 74% and NSS 4 at 20 degree west at 93%, but never get to hit green on Eutelsat 7A at 7.3 degree West.

Can you give a hint on how you went about it - Tracking Eutelsat 7 West? Your LNB and decoder? I have been thinking maybe MYTV blacklisted that bird on my decoder - if that is possible. I have not been able to get a spare decoder to use for the tracking. I use Strong SRT 4940.

Thank you.

I am sorry, did you say while standing at the back of the dish I should tilt it right a bit and up? Because I was able to hit NSS 7 at 20 degree West at 93%, but just thinking going further right increases the degree angle while leftward decreases it - of which we have ABS 3 at 3 West moving leftward. It may not really matter, just a logical reasoning to be sure that I know what I am doing, and you were not mistaking by saying move rightward.

Thank you.

Please house, any tips that could be my last resort. Could it be a problem with my decoder SRT 4940, as i have tracked Eutelsat 7 west solely on its own without success, with reference from ABS 3 after hitting 70% and from NSS after hitting 93%. Please i am just tired, and couldn't figure out anything again. I think Eutelsat 7 west should normally lie between the two using dishpointer.com with my house address. Any suggestion again, could it be the decoder?

But I might not sure with the mbc groups, you might want ti try manual scanning using 11.559 v 27.500. But please could you tell me how you got to track the bird. Thank you.

Thank You. This is NSS at 83%. Did you say I moved it to the right a bit and up? I did with the given tp 11.595 but still did get it. But i think of changing the dish position cos rotating the dish rightward greater than 30 degrees seems to be putting dish partly beaming under the eave of a pent house (roof of decking) over my house.

@gmicheal, since u are getting 68% on ABS that is to show u that ur dish pole is not well plumbed, am getting 74% on ABS with 60cm dish, u should hit up to 80% on ABS with ur 1m dish to be sure that ur dish is in good condition, or use that same dish to track multi tv, if u get up to 90%, the dish is ok if not do this two work, 1. Make sure ur lnb arm is holding the lnb to point at the center of the dish, 2. Make sure ur dish pole is well plumb, and again use strong short neck lnbf.
Thank you for your contribution. Here below is a picture info about what is going on. The most i get is 74% which dropped to 70% while tightening. And my dish is well flushed to the wall by the handle.

use 1m dish and very sharp LNB face your dish to where sunset in your area. But I will advice you first track starmovie with this frequency 11150v45000, so when you hit green lock it and then input the MBC frequency 11559v27500 and move your dish a little bit to right. Mind you slowly tracking and you can be changing your polarity to Horizontal or Vertical. Good luck.
I have done all that I could, I received ABS 3A with 68% and yet I couldn't track Eutelsat 7 West A (MBC's). I snaily moved the dish right gently both to no avail as instructed above. Just don't know what I am doing wrong. I have changed from 90 cm blue colored DSTV dish to 1 m Startime dish. Could it be my decoder or the dish size or my LNB. I'm using Original strong SRT 4940 with MYTV smartcard. Used both 11474/11476 tp with frq 27,500. Please need help!

Hello, please I need someone in Mushin area that could help in tracking Eutelsat 7A at 7 deg. west and ABS 3 at 3 deg. west. I have been trying for the past three days to nail the mbc channels for North-West Africa on Eutelsat 7A west to no avail using DSTV 90cm dish, short strong LNB skewed at 9'o clock rotating all the way from left and to right with reference to my second dish on MYTV subscription on Eutelsat 16A at 16 deg. East. An installer called for 3k (for where, what is not sure will be there for long or opened for long), though I have tried and almost giving up now after 3 days, but if anyone around Mushin area could help out, willing to give out the half installer-specific price as T-fare. Any help from a neighbourhood nairalander would be appreciated.

Thank you!
