Hello everyone , how do I go about booking an appointment in other to apply for study visa.

I was at the VFS center yesterday and I was told I’ve to book an appointment before I can do anything.

Please how do I go about it ?

Hello Gninea,

It is always advisable to briefly go through thread before asking questions. Most of the questions you are asking has been answered in previous pages. Do well to tick the column that asked if you have been refused (any) visa before, which is compulsory. You can as well decide to use the column provide for extra information to give reasons IF NECESSARY. Do well to indicate both.

Thereafter, you can use the LOE to address the VO's concerns. Only focus on addressing the refusal reasons for Canada in your LOE. As for the IMM forms, go on cic.gc.ca to download and fill the forms using a system that have an updated Adobe Reader 10 or DC or higher. For appointments, Lagos vfs may require you to but Abuja vfs is a walk in.

Am planning to go submit my documents next week in Lagos..I just have these few questions to ask...I was denied for visit visa to Canada In 2017 and South Africa in 2019...should I state both of. Them...would I need to write loe for stating I was denied for both...how can I get the form to fill for my student visa...and do I need to book appointments before I submit....please help.

It won't affect your app since he has paid for your upkeep and it is a one year program. The 300k isn't bad as long as he has a source of income (salary or business) to sustain himself and his other dependants while you are away.

Please be patient with me...I still have a question..can I have 2 cosponsors..my brother in Canada wants to give the 10k Canadian dollars then my uncle in Nigeria who has assets and property....then I have about 4million in my account but no property...I hope am not sounding confused...then would I need to fill a form b4 submitting the visa.

Let your uncle be the main sponsor, while you the co-sponsor. Him paying the 10k is a big commitment and his assets and source of income will go a long way to convincing the vo he will be able to pay beyond the first year of your program (I want to believe your program is more than a year).

It depends on the number of the refusal reasons pointed out by the VO. If its maybe 1 or 2, you can decide to address them in one letter. However, you can use the SOP to tell the VO about your study intention and the LOE to address the refusal reasons.

It depends on the reasons. If the usual generic reasons, then you don't need LOE. But be sure to indicate that you have been denied before.

Please house I need your help...in 2017 I was rejected for a visitors visa and now I want to apply for a study visa...would I still need to write LOE on how I hVe tackle my previous reasons for rejection or SOP is just enough.

SAAB/280......has been dispatched to the courier service provider from The South African Visa Application Centre, ABUJA.” Please I still hVe not receive or heard Anytin from them....am I suppose to do something?? Please I need your help

We just have to be careful that's all our Nigeria also is not safe just that u have right of movement and certain security from family and friends
