The United States has reached out to president Zelensky asking him to leave the capital with US help as Russian soldiers Push forward but the man rejected the offer and asked for weapons, he's ready to die with his people.


This is true leadership, I salute his courage for standing and fighting with his people.

We didn't see this in Afghanistan.

I hope so too, at least Ukrainians are fighting for their motherland, they are different from Afghans that surrendered to Taliban without putting any resistance

Deputy White House press secretary Andrew Bates called former president Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin “nauseating, fearful pigs what America stands for.

Mr Trump has a history of praising authoritarian leaders, including Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines, and Kim Jong Un of North Korea, but he has long seemed particularly fond of Mr Putin whose government’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election was intended to boost Mr Trump’s electoral chances.

This most recent praise, of a military action roundly condemned by the United States and its western allies, rankled Mr Bates.

The Biden administration Thursday morning announced a package of new sanctions intended to punish Russia for the attack on its neighboring state, while making clear that he did not intend to involve American troops in the conflict



To be honest guys, history will not be kind to Donald trump, all my life I've never seen such an egregious, mischievous, obnoxious and unscrupulous human being that fans the flames of violence and hatred, he's worse than Putin and Hitler combined.

It's unheard of for an ex US president to praise dictator and support enemy country, trump is such a big embarrassment, but I'm not too surprised because Donald trump is known for his outrageous and unacceptable behaviour, thank God he's not the one incharge now.

We are talking about someone who doesn't believe his own security officials while in office but his own ignorance and stupidity.

As of 2019, there are 15,000 nuclear weapons on planet Earth.
It would take just three nuclear warheads to destroy one of the 4,500 cities on Earth, meaning 13,500 bombs in total, which would leave 1,500 left.
15,000 warheads are the equivalent of 3 billions tons of TNT and 15x the energy of the Krakatoa volcano, the most powerful volcanic eruption ever.
When exploded it would create a fireball 50 km across and would create a blast wave that would wipe out everything in 3,000km radius.
The explosion would be heard around the world and the pressure wave would circulate around the world for the following weeks.
The mushroom cloud would reach the edges of the Earth's atmosphere and be near to space.
If it were detonated in South America's Amazon Rainforest it would create a fire that would burn down nearly the entire continent.
Radiation would kill everything within the blast radius and the surrounding for hundreds of kilometres is now uninhabitable.
The Amazon Rainforest is completely destroyed and the environment around the world is now highly radioactive but it would completely wipe out humanity.
Unfortunately, that isn't even the worst scenario. If humans were to mine every bit of uranium on the planet and create as many bombs as possible it would be catastrophic.

There is believed to be 35 million tones of uranium on Earth which is enough to create the equivalent of 10 billion Hiroshima bombs.
Once again, if it were detonated in the Amazon Rainforest, half of South America would be able to see the blast.
It would create a crater 100km across with debris being flung so far that some of it would end up in space.
It would kill most large animals and cause firestorms across the planet and earthquakes, stronger than anything ever recorded would decimate cities.
The ash cloud it would create would envelop the planet and prevent sunlight from reaching the surface and creating a global winter which would drop temperatures below freezing for decades.
All life on Earth would be extinct. Even the International Space Station would be destroyed thanks to the debris. You could survive if you were underground of underwater but only as long as your supplies last.
It would take millions of years for any form of life to reemerge on the planet

South Africa has condemned Putin's atrocious behaviour in Ukraine calling on him to withdraw his troops, meanwhile the so-called giant of Africa will not say or do anything.

So many Ukrainians are already dead with destruction of buildings as the war rages on.

They have the capability to do that, US and UK supplied them with a lot of weapons

No I don't think so, Ukraine is not a member of NATO.
But if Russia makes further move to invade NATO countries in Eastern Europe, article 5 will be triggered and the United States, UK, Germany, France and other countries will get involved, because article 5 says that an attack on one member is an attack on all members

Hungary and Serbia are the only countries get good cheap gases from Russia.
If Russia stopped NS1 then EU many manufacturers will move to China because at least they will cheap oil with PS from Russia

both the the supplying nation (Russia) and the buyers (European countries) will definitely suffer it, but Russia will suffer it more.
