Good you have got a lawyer. Tell your lawyer to ask for general and special damages on the interest accruable from the the deposited sum. If your lawyer is very competent, I assure you that he will force the hand of FBN.
Your lawyer should also write to the regulatory bodies like CBN etc.

Legal tools are the stock in trade of lawyers. You may cite provisions of the Constitution all you want when with friends but never try such in the Court for any reason or represent yourself as a lawyer in any capacity.

Bros, I know someone in his finals that was expelled on this kind of issue. Some people do it, it doesn't stop the fact that it is illegal, at least in Nigeria. It is written in most university handbooks and some matriculation oaths, so you cannot sue them if you get expelled. That guy is correct.

He wasn't smart enough. He might be announcing to all dicks and harry that he was running two programmes. Ideally, school management would want to take an action against the student to discourage any potential act of running two programmes which in the long run would create redundancy and backlogs of graduating students that engage in such.

In 2008, I was offered admission at LASU to study philosophy and in 2010, I was offered another admission at UNILAG to study Law. Being not oblivious of my aspirations, I didn't allow myself to be restricted by anything. It was stressful but I persevered and graduated same year as my coursemates with second class lower.

In 2013, I participated in the compulsory NYSC programme while still running Law programme at Unilag.

I want to let you know that I am Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria today and gainfully employed even though I intend to set up my law office in the nearest future.

In conclusion, any employer that perused my CV in my quest for a job need not be convinced further of my doggedness, perseverance and 'smartness'. I was the one adverting their mind to the fact that I ran both programmes simultaneously and that whatever I set my mind to do is an already accomplished task notwithstanding the obstacles.

If you want to register your JAMB, use an initial for your middle name only. That way, their software cannot detect you are presently running a programme in Nigeria university. If it must be in the same university, never use same passport photograph for the same purpose in both courses and always maintain an initial in your middle name in one of the courses throughout the duration of the programmes.
By so doing, you will be good since thumbprinting technology has not been introduced in our schools. The act of thumbprinting during UTME is purposely to detect malpractice and no more.

I dropped my number and told him to add me on whatsapp of which he did, he is a yahoo boy.

We got talking and he explained to me that his victims no longer pay him money and that he wanted his way to be open so he can be scamming people to pay him.

I said Okay it's a simple issue, what I will do for you is to clear road for you spiritually so anything blocking you will be out, I explained to him in details on phone call the work involved and that we have to buy river things since he is someone from the water so we can honor the water deities.

Amy babalawos here can attest to the fact about the river work I mentioned.

And secondly I told him that we have to give night people food aka witches and wizards of the night so they can be stop disturbing him and let blessings from river follow him, which would require me to carry ebos to 3 Junction in the night with his name and then I will go to meet with the night people to release him.

So to don't have any money to send you and I cannot give you money from my own personal money after you have cursed and swear at me.

The only thing I can do is for you to come let me work for you. Or give me your yahoo work let me do it myself because I have all the necessary things to make them pay.

I gave this idiot a rear privilege, I would do all his work with my hand while he sits back and receives the money since he cannot come.

But he said no and instead chose to abuse me endlessly.
