At first, I was going to respond in the manner you responded vis-a-vis your first paragraph, but I advised myself against it. You don't bark corrections at people regardless of your age, status, idea of yourself, opinion of your knowledge or achievement. To think I didn't even see the said conditions is strange, because I did. Trust me, there are more than enough lawyers that fit into that class, and when they make use of that opportunity, we are one short of unemployed lawyers.

When I first saw that condition, I felt it was unfair, but then, that entity isn't owned by the government, so the feeling of entitlement and balance may not absolutely apply. He or she can choose to employ whoever he or she wants. Secondly, with your eagle eyes (which must be coupled with a sharp mind and attention to details), you should have discerned that such person may have to deal with local or grassroots people who do not have a grasp of English language. Since you're eagle-eyed, you should have read that part in conjunction with schedule 3, clause 2. That might have informed you that the NGO is dealing mostly on human rights and the individuals being dealt with may be indigents who are in a Yoruba dominated environment.

With all sense of discretion, I take exception to your first paragraph. Please friend, as a lawyer, be guided in your language. Typing or reacting should only come after comprehension and an exhaustive appreciation of an issue for deliberation. All the learned member of the bar trained to have eagle's eye part is very unnecessary. No one is trying to steal a march here. Let us try our best for our friends, and let people who are in need of help get it instead of creating a storm in a tea cup.

I never meant to appear antagonistic the way you portray it. We may have different opinion on this as what I pointed out was one of the stringent conditions there. However, if you are offended by the tone of my post, I am sorry. I just made my point.

Others have been advising you go the way of litigation. My dear, it is not the best way putting into consideration other factors you mentioned here.

There are professional arbitrators who can handle this case by sitting in a round-table with the lawyer of the company and arbitration panel and reaching a consensus which will be registered in the Court as an "award" IF there is an arbitration clause in the contract of employment.

However, if there is no such clause, I would advise you make a complaint to the appropriate authority established for that purpose as listed by someone in the first page.

Litigation should be a last resort if you understand the rigmarole that plays out in our court these days

Wisdom and Intelligence are two different things. Can a struggling natural person fight a well-to-do artificial person and not bleed?

You seem to have a low comprehension. He was not mindful of making the increase in the rate of loan as a subject of litigation but the charges deducted as a result thereof
