Accept the offer, finish your studies and take up the job/switch visa. I believe the organisation making the offer know the applicant is on tier 4 and needs sponsorship hence the offer.
I know people who got offers with sponsorship just after the end of their 1st semester around January/February for September/October start.

Its not dear, no need to worry. Some cases are unique like mine. As for me, am just confident they are conducting a background check on the person i said am going to stay with cuz 40% of the first interview was on that. An application she put forward was refused last month self, so am just facing the brunt.

Even @delxmaverick also confirmed that they asked him alot on his uncle, whom he said he was going to stay with.

Its not about finance, else they would have just sent the refusal immediately. Its just about the study gap and the unfortunate coincidence.

Study gap plays no role in UKVI decision. If you like, have 15 years gap, it's not part of things they put into consideration for Master degree

During the interview the interviewer will write down everything that you say and will send this record to the Entry Clearance Officer (ECO). The ECO will then make a decision on your visa application on the basis of your credibility interview and all the other supporting documents you submitted with your Tier 4 visa application. You may be called for a second interview if the ECO needs further information and clarification on your situation.

One thing I'm certain is that it has nothing to do with study gap. Your guess is probably right especially if the person already has immigration issues over there. They are digging but you will come out Victorious

If you did biometrics on Friday your application was probably received by dmc on Tuesday, this is because last Monday was a bank holiday in the UK. Keep calm and be positive.

I did my biometrics on Monday and it wasn't untill Tuesday that the dmc received it. I'm a first time applicant too

How do you know if DMC received it? Did you get any email?

That guy is right. Only someone who has been with Caucasians will understand what he is saying. Those guys can dig your history in order to get at you out of envy especially when they see you work very hard with alot of overtime. They are too lazy and envious. Africans show genuine love and genuine hatred but Caucasians will laugh and smile at your face and stab you at your back.

Avoid all kinds of friendship at workplace. Your supervisor will be quick to report you even if it's just ordinary phone call or chat during work hours but won't do same to fellow Caucasians.

Forget Ikeja TLS. I slept there Monday night. There were more than 200 applicants for walk in alone on Tuesday morning. They were reluctant to attend to walk in and asked anyone whose appointment date fell within the week to go home and wait for their appointment

My friend has same problem. You can't use Fidelity dollar card to pay. You better seek for another alternative. I think it's because it's a Verve card and not Mastercard

Hello, just incase your question hasn't been answered, I'll share my experience

I used Qatar airline to UK, Departed Saturday 28th, Arrived Sunday 29th.

I took my covid test at Reddington Lekki on Friday at about 5pm and received it on Saturday at about 5am before my 8:25pm flight. At the airport, you'll need to complete a Qatar consent form (you can buy this at the airport for 100Naira). All necessary documents were properly vetted - PCR test result, Day 2 and Day 8 test, Visa, Locator form. At Doha, I don't remember being asked for these documents because they had already been vetted in Lagos.
At Heathrow, I was literally only asked for my passport (absolutely nothing else) and it was stamped, however, they do spot checks so this means they ask people randomly.

Please note - I'm not a student so experience at Heathrow may vary slightly.

They don't even spend up to 20mins on the job and issue a certificate of £175, depending on the size of the property. The same with some plumbers the corgi registered ones. Someone else does the job and they issue a gas certificate. In the UK its illegal to place a tenant in a property without this things. You also have the ones that issue the EPC certificates.

There is a lot of money to be made in these professions and there is a skill shortage. Employers are paid to take on apprentices for theses trades.

A friend of mine was delayed by Immigration officers at MMA last week because he couldn't give them $100 for travelling with a "virgin passport". He watched while his flight took off without the officers showing any remorse.

The rate of coercion of passengers to part with their money or valuables is getting out of hand. Does it mean that Federal Government are not aware of the wicked acts of these corrupt officers. It appears they get a go-ahead from their superiors cuz the acts have been going on for decades unchecked.

I think this is the height of wickedness and man's inhumanity against a man.

Simply start preparing for interviews. If you give them cogent reasons for your refusal, you won't have any problem. But you will definitely be scheduled for oral interviews.

She just decided to print 29 days now, so it’ll not be too long starting from August 5th. The best option is for her to email the school directly, agents are not God biko. I’ve advised her to email the school and I’m showing her all these replies.

This is another good option if the school can respond to her email. A student can apply directly to schools without any intermediary.

She sent the statement to her agent assigned by the university, the agent rejected the statement on the basis that she didn’t do enough transaction on the account, and told her to count the pof again till September 30th, and reprint. I do not understand, because transactions are not a requirement to getting visa, so why would it be an issue in receiving CAS? She’s distraught right now, and not even listening to me. She said the regional manager for Nigeria will also not accept it, since the agent is from the school directly. I don’t know what to say, any advice for her?

The rep is simply trying to tie every loose ends. They get £1000 for any successful applicant that gets his or her visa and enrol accordingly.

Not having much transactions on the duration of POF may signal that it is built a statement of account purposely meant to satisfy 28 days requirement.

The good thing is that UKVI adheres strictly to Immigration Law and rarely exercise discretion when the conditions of the law is met. If it were US or Canada, that POF won't fly.

My advice is to explain to the rep that you would like to try but she may be reluctant to help you get another CAS if rejected. Since you applied through the rep, stick with her instructions cuz if anything goes wrong, school won't refund your tuition deposit

If they have nothing on you then you got nothing to worry about, they did that to me my first time leaving Nigeria but i refused to give them few naira i had with me, i created a scene , the public address system was calling my name, BA airline staff came looking for me, at that point those crooks gave up and let me off.

They can not stop you from boarding if all your papers are correct.
