You don't need to go to Abuja to receive the remainder of your winnings.
There is an extant statutory law and commission regulating the business of betting, lottery etc in Nigeria.
If any bookmaker fails to pay any punter here within the time limit specified in their website, send me a pm and they will be compelled to pay all the accruable interests pending the payment of such 'debt'.

I will advise you leave the remainder of 500,000 naira you won to them for 6 months. I promise you that they will pay 2 million naira or more by the time the case is done. It is not mandatory to be an ambassador. You have a right to privacy guaranteed under Constitution.
