Family / Re: How Third Parties Involvement Ruin My Parents Marriage by Gods300men: 10:04pm On Aug 14, 2015
TooNoisy:
I am very worried you married a man just like your father.

You both need counseling, please take this seriously. You may think your husband is the bad person and you are the loving wife you call yourself, but deep down, both of you have offended each other hence the fights. Your marriage is too young to be going through all of this, in fact from what you have written, your parent's problems started much later in marriage than yours. So why do you think you are having these issues.

Your husband is partly to blame for beating you and talking bad about you. You are not perfect and never will be, so he should be able to manage his home affairs without violence and inviting outsiders. So I fault him for that without even hearing him out.

On the other hand, I will say that you may not be the perfect wife you claim to be. Somehow, you are transferring the bitterness and anger of your parent's marriage to yours and it is showing. Believe me, your husband is seeing some wrong things and he is reacting to them (over reacting). May be because you share the bills 50/50 makes you think you can do whatever you like. May be the fact that your mother was abused has made you very defensive and even offensive - only you can tell.

Let me ask you one question. What does he complain about? He just cant keep complaining for no reason? What does he complain about?

Madam
u r so right, as a husband, I was behaving like her husband some months ago, my marriage was failing, we quarreled everyday and fought whenever am back from work, I was so depressed and went into alcohol, dis didn't solve the issues, it went worse, my wife was too defensive, unapologetic and I was ready to teach her some lessons.

I started hanging out with girls, friends even travel for days, but all never worked, I was a dead inside.

I remember once at work offshore, I contemplated suicide, Life had no meaning. I was doing well, financially, just got another promotion and and acquired another car but all these didn't make sense again. I just wanted to die.

I started getting close to my extended family, who I have kept at bay for 6 years and dey really were not helping, they were pulling me deep into the alcohol.

Then she left, she left. AHHHH
that was it, I tried to be strong, I couldn't concentrate again, everything was falling apart. I avoided people, I started chain smoking and drunk at all times.

I searched for her and my 5 years old daughter, drove everywhere and even cried.

Beg all that knows her, accuse my pastor of hiding her, even took him to the police.

to cut the story short, we are back together.

I realize how powerful love can be, I realized the power of a woman and know that a man is so weak.

so Madam, I am sharing these so as for u to get a glimpse of wat is going on in ur husbands head.

U guys (women) are powerful, I mean powerful (No mind our noise ooo). but u under estimate ourselves. U have the key to his heart all he wants to see is that submissiveness.

When a woman submits she is not being foolish, she is not a lesser being, she is setting herself for greatness.

My wife change and now, I ask her what to do first, am happy carrying out her instructions, she DECIDES and am proud of dat because she gives me my respect and dats wat matters.

A man, even the worst type, will always remember the kind of wife he has at home and come back. his ego might not allow him to apologize but he will be remorse. show him love despite his wrong acts and he will change.

NB. pls leave if the beating increases and pray for him, u know we are weak.

God bless U and keep ur marraige

why is dis on front page or even news sef, when u join any force, u, ur family n friends should accept the consequence. u r there to enforce something and doing that might involve u killing someone.
so an officer died should be no news.
why is he gallant? do u know if he was shot on the back while running from the enemy?
Mind u my kid bro is a lieutenant in the Nigeria Navy and he said we shouldn't mourn him when he dies especially at the war front. so proud of him for saying that.

GenOrumov:

Borrowing isn't bad. Borrowing for a consumption loan is what is bad as you have rightly said.

Aren't you aware that it is money you use in making money. Go and ask Dangote. All the cement plants he's opening all over africa, do you think its his personal money he's using? The ability to pay as at when due is what should be considered when borrowing.

God bless u, U head dey there
Properties / Re: Loans: Banks Put Up Chronic Debtors’ Property For Sale by Gods300men: 5:07pm On Aug 08, 2015
free2ryhme:
It is a lesson to everyone. Do not borrow money. Do not pledge your property for a consumption loan. The bankers who lent you the money make it impossible for you to pay back and will eventually acquire it at give-away price. This has traditionally been the trick of the Jews.

why show ur level of understanding, nobody has grown wealthy on his own money. even the Dangote do not use his money for a new project, he seeks for loans and investors. the Multinational oil companies seeks for loans for their projects.

Getting loans are sure means of creating wealth. the problem is using the money for a venture that will not work out.

I try to save 20% of my annual pay, 30% for recurrent expenditures, 40% for loan servicing and the rests for Jollying.

I seek out more loans and even save where I can get a loan and use my savings as a collateral.

Car Talk / Re: HELP!!!!! 2006 TOYOTA 4runner Won't Start. by Gods300men: 8:59am On Aug 07, 2015
GAZZUZZ:

With new engine ECU (if problem is ecu) car should start and switch off after 2secs.

You are going about fixing your vehicle the wrong way.

Change the smaller parts first. Crank and camshaft sensors (if any part change is required).

Check for back up positive line on engine Ecu, check for ignition power (+), on ecu, check for sensor ground on all sensors, check for 12v(+) on coils, MAF and throttle body and injectors, check for 5v on sensors. If you have run all these tests then remove crank and cam sensors, and test usin a meter.

Bros, this is wonderful, but really am not a specialist on this, kindly recommend someone. am tired of these guys poking around with no good idea of wat the issues are

A big Thanks to all of you for ur assistance so far, but the problem still persists.
We got the ECM, installed it but it didn't crank the engine, we installed the old one and it cranked the engine but still didn't start,
we can deduce from this that we need to reprogram the new ECU.
Going forward, I need someone to come do a proper diagnostic, reprogramming and fix this issue.
So my Friends pls recommend someone.
I live in Akwa-Ibom and the car is here.

Thanks so much

Specialist in the house I need or help. I purchased a 2006 Toyota 4rynner last October and didn't have any issues until recently.
I woke up one day and tried starting d car and it refused to start. I tried till d battery went dead.
Since then my mechanic (who specializes in Japanese cars) has tried all he could.
We have even checked the timing, scanned with several OBD and lastly we are replacing the ECM.
I want to know if replacecin the ECM will need reprogramming. Since we are getting the exact one.

Guys I need ur help here Plzzzzzzz.

citizenisb:
A lot of times we try to project the image of the benign, peace loving drunk from Otueke to cover up the complete rot his administration represented. It is just a repeat of history as most of us know that Shagari is a good man but his administration was very corrupt.

I stay in Abuja and I know that the corruption under the GEJ administration was monumental and the enormous revenue accrued to the government was wasted even much more than Abacha, Babangida and Obasanjo combined. Why are we so wicked to keep on defending his administration.

Buhari has a lot of personal flaws but if we can remember this election was a referendum on GEJ not necessarily about Buhari in the swing states of the South West and North Central.

Whether he appoints Ministers this night or next year it is a huge relief from the madness we just went through for six years.

It will take a lot for us to recover with the depleted external reserves, crash of crude prices, a possible Greek default, reduction in summer travel and GDP/ Oil use due to terrorism fears, a huge slowdown in China, 30 million barrels of stored Iranian crude about to hit the market with the removal of sanctions and two possible interest rate hikes by the US Federal Reserve.

We are in interesting times no matter who is at the helm and the earlier we all hunker down and pray to weather the storm without terrible social unrest that will come with job losses, subsidy removal, Naira devaluation and corresponding hyperinflation adding to the Boko Haram insurgency decimating the North East and the bankruptcy of the states.

Let me give you a brief example; Buhari told the governors to negotiate longer loan tenors with the banks up to 20 years to reduce the strain and inability to pay salaries, do you know how that will affect bank profits and systemic liquidity. What will happen to their Oil and Gas loans if oil prices dip further.

May God help this country but please it is sheer wickedness to bring up the previous administrations records. In other climes they would have been shot by now.

And whos dis idiot, were u dere when he advised d governors, d country is stagnant since march 28th. No policy statement from dullarddinho. We r just drifting, no directioj. Gej govt was ok, we had a direction, i knew where i was going with policies in place. Since the fool came in eveytin is stuck. The banks r scared to approve small loans of 250 million. Everybody is waiting for the duara idiot to make a statement. He is busy posing for photographs. Such nonsense

Romance / Re: Ten Features That Shows You Have Find A Real Man by Gods300men: 9:49pm On Jun 28, 2015
Rounakid:
1) He Does'nt Bother More About Your Appearance.
Is every compliment from him about your different part of body? It doesn't matter how creative he can be, if a guy's sole focus is on how you look, or 'talking dirty,' see it as a red flag. A real man will value your personality, your kindness, your intelligence, and who you are as a person, in general. The things he makes you feel good about will be things that you control, not just results of getting lucky in the gene pool.
2)He will never be intimidated by your motivation.
A man who has goals for himself, will want to be with a woman who has goals for her own life, too. He will never feel intimidated or threatened by a woman who goes after what she wants. He will want to be part of a power couple, rather than a dictatorship. Be mindful of anyone who tries to keep you from pursuing your dreams.
3)He will have more interests than just you.
I don't mean this in a negative way. You should, of course, be a priority in his life -- but he needs to have a life as well. Interests, friends, hobbies, aspirations. If a man works his entire life around you, it's another red flag -- relationships should be a great part of your life, but not encompass your whole life.
4)He will always provide answer in any situation
No matter how awkward or uncomfortable a situation is, a real man will approach it, and you, with respect. I have always felt that a mark of a man is how he handles conflict, criticism, and less-than-ideal situations. A man will not dance around answers or make excuses. If there is something you two need to talk about, he will talk about it.
5)A real man is always straightfoward.
In addition to the last point there will be no mind games or manipulation in your relationship. A man will be direct, to the point, and honest with you... but with kindness.
6)His Trust in you.
As long as you haven't betrayed his trust, a man will NOT be paranoid, or snoop around invading your privacy to make sure you're not doing anything bad. He will have confidence in your relationship. A boy will project his own insecurities onto you, and like termites in a house, will eat away at the foundation of what you've built.
7)He shower shower you deserved respect.
Nothing signifies an empty shell of a man more than someone who disrespects women, animals, or children. A real man will treat you with the respect that you deserve, never force you to do anything you're uncomfortable with, and never mistreat you. Be honest enough with yourself to walk away from any situation that is dangerous to you, physically or emotionally.
coolHis unstoppable effort in the relationship.
Boys are generally apathetic and just look for one thing from a woman. A man, will do what it takes to make you happy, both inside and outside of the bedroom. Your happiness, is his reward.
9)He will make you want to be the best version of yourself, without changing who you really are.
A man will empower those around him. He will strive for greatness and therefore inspire others to strive for it as well. This not only includes friends and co-workers, but also significant others.
10)Add yours
