Ofodirinwa: These changes would not even be expensive, and would make Onitsha instantly the finest city in Nigeria Can AI redesign the people? Have you ever wondered why pictures of the same Nigerian cities in the 70s to 80s look more appealing? The bigger problem of Nigeria is Nigerians. Most of us are not better (in integrity and selflessness) to our leaders that we love to blame. |

mariovito: Very sad situation.
It is in years to come that we will understand what we are doing to ourselves when there will be few people willing to go the route of becoming academics.
When the dearth of academics and teachers hit us, may be then we will start importing teachers and professors and relying on expatriates.
Since after my first degree in law, I never really had any motivation to go further.
Owo ni Koko! Bro, that future is here already. It's just that in typical Nigerian fashion, we will live on as if nothing happened. A retired consultant and former VC once mentioned in class that there was a time UCH Ibadan was second best in the whole of the commonwealth. I doubt Nigeria will ever hire expatriates as teachers, no matter how bad it gets. We don't value certain things that much. |

They know how to take care of themselves. They don't need to be reminded to do the right thing when it concerns one of their own. Yet, it is often those who do not really matter in the whole scheme of things that fight and kill each other for the elites. |

Romance › Re: My Virgin Wife Now Something Else by Godseed: 12:50pm On Jul 10, 2025 |
FRANCISTOWN: Why did you have to put "My Virgin wife"?
Your wife is your wife, the virginity was not needed if you weren't trying to push an agenda.
An evil person is an evil person whether they are virgins or not.
Lemme say something quickly about people who push the virgin propaganda.
They say, being virgin is not enough. Character is very important.
Yes character is very important but virginity or non virginity does not change a lady 's character.
An uncultured, unlucky and disrespectful virgin lady will still be uncultured, unlucky and disrespectful when she becomes a non virgin, therefore choose virgin.
At least it shows she's disciplined and virtuous.
A homely, submissive, disciplined and respectful virgin girl will be homely, submissive, disciplined and respectful when she becomes non-virgin.
There are non virgin girls with some good qualities likewise there are virgin girls with good qualities. Therefore, virginity still wins.
There are non virgin girls with really bad qualities and there are also virgins with bad qualities. Virginity still wins.
The fact that your wife is a virgin shows she has discipline to an extent. She's not entirely evil. Virginity is part of character, an integral part. If sexual discipline is not part of your character, then what is left of it? What are you actually referring to as good character? |

DOA! The good news is that water distillation apparatus come in different sizes/prices from table-tops suitable for small laboratories to industrial deionisers. Any lab. or facility that can pay (thousands or millions) for AC water can make their own distilled water. BTW, has there ever been a shortage of distilled water? Has anyone seen labs and companies scamper for distilled water? AC water is just distilled water (if you really want to be generous with definitions). |

Charmingrascal: He has seen it all and he decided to pick what's best for him. I am not anti japa but I will still say it without fear. If I have enough money that would cover all my "japa expenses" I would stay back in Nigeria and invest the money. I am familiar with Nigeria and it will be easy for me to do so many things here than a foreign land.
Last year I had the opportunity to travel abroad I told the person to invest the money in a business for me here, since he is also doing well in Nigeria without traveling abroad to hustle, he refused to give me any money or even invest it for me in a business. I told him I wasn't interested in traveling, that I can't be slaving away in a foreign land, living in fear or foreign laws that are anti black (no matter how nice they paint it) plus leaving all the people I cherish behind was something I can't imagine. He kept his money and I thanked him for offering to help.
"I would rather be a Lion in the jungle than be a dog in the city" My brother, if the offer is still available, go back and humbly take it up. If the offer is solid (not one in which you run from police), it should provide you some financial leverage to come back home after a few years and purse your said Nigerian dream. With what you have described up here, it sounds as if you lost out both ways- he didn't agree to help you on your own terms and yet you lost the opportunity to help yourself on your own terms even if this will be later in the future Self-worth is fantastic. But more often than not, you stoop to conquer. |

Apcshyte: We didn't have any midfield attacker. Mostly we were loopig the ball because Rwanda had a good defense I was just hoping he will try something else. Hit it hard and low into box and; hope for a touch. Strike hard in direction of keeper at some other time. Just mix up the stuff. The incoming, hanging crosses were so predictable. |
