These are oil tankers that hurriedly procure Russian flags in order to escape US sanctions in the Venezuelan oil trade. Many of them were flying other national flags few months ago and they don't have Russian insurers in the first place.

A member of the admission board reached out to me and scheduled an interview for 27th of this month. This my first time ever thinking of leaving naija and doing such application.
