yep, variocle is a blockage of the sperm transfer tubes, would suggest you treat it now, its a small surgery, good catch. many go into marriage with this isse, and suffer years of infertility/childlessness

thank you sir. I will try and do that. The first urologist that managed the epididymitis said I should ignore it for now . He said there is no concrete evidence that varicocele cause infertility. He said it only becomes issue when there is pain, discomfort and also a case of infertility .. Thou I don't experience pain and discomfort, but I will try to meet urologist in another teaching hospital to be on safe side. once again thank you for your advise

I had a pain in my scrotum two months ago. I did ultrasound scan, the result revealed that I have epididymitis and varicocele. How I got epididymitis is still a surprise to me because I have been celibating for up 10 years. Thou the doctor prescribed anti biotics and the epididymitis has gone,; the urologist told me to check back in three months time. I want to ask if varicocele really pose a serious threat to my fertility because I am not married.

I don't blame most microfinance banks, people like free money and are used to borrowing lifestyle. The most annoying thing is that they divert the loans to other purpose . I could remember a customer wanted to commit suicide because we declined her loan application when I got an information from her neighbour that she wanted to use the loan for her father's funeral rite .. The defaulters killed the microfinance bank I worked with because we were too lenient with loan recovery method. The customers would get loans from us to offset loans in another microfinance banks that are strict with recovery. Now the microfinance bank has fold up, and majority of us working with thebbank are still without job. The most painful thing is that I lost my three months salary to settle defaulters' loans in some of the groups I was coordinating.

I have an article I intend to publish in an online academic journal, but I don't know the most reputable academic journal to submit the article to for publication. I sent the article to some journals , they acknowledged the submission , reviewed it within a day and demanded for publication fee of $65. The short duration of the review made me to be skeptical about the reputation of these journals . I also discovered that some online journals have global impact factor, some have universal impact factor, some have cosmos impact factor, while some have only impact factor. I am confused, which of these is more acceptable in academic world.
