Will really like to get university recommendation from you. Thanks bro! pansophist: Why not ask your question straight up? Most importantly, if you have the finances, the qualification, and necessary information (which I can help you with), coming as a student is a piece of cake. |

krezorn: if you want to confirm your documents by the korean embassy. you will 1st. go to your school and collect attestation letter from dean and it must be stamp and signed by dean. 2nd. go to the federal ministry of education for authentication of your documents. 3rd. go to federal ministry of foreign affairs for authentication of your documents. 4th. go to court for affidavit that you are the rightful owner of your documents. 5th. coloured copy of your international passport data page. 6th. go to VFS in abuja and submit. The price is 4500 per document. It will take 5 working days for your documents to be ready. goodluck If your in Lagos you can use the Lagos embassy located at parkview estate. there you pay just $4 for all the document you wished to notarize. the money must be in dollar because they don't accept payments in naira. you can source for $5 from money changers and the dollar should be series 2013 upward. Anything below series 2013 is unacceptable. |

saintandsinnerz: Express service is 1000 naira per doucment, had it been you seeked for help here I would have directed you accordingly or even help you do it if I'm chanced. But there is no problem since you achieved what you came for. But always ask questions before doing anything you don't have knowledge of. Lol.. I got what I wanted there's nothing to regret. Some might want to legalise just one document depending on what u want to do with it. I did mine according to my demands. The good thing is that the prices was OK. Would have ask u to do it for me if I had known your around Abuja. One love bro! |

saintandsinnerz: Chai these people ripped you off bro. Express service is 1000 naira per document. So did you legalise 27 documents? I even went today to legalize some documents for somebody and didn't pay anything near that amount. really? I did for all my documents anyway. it was counted. I came all d way from Lagos to Abuja so I didn't want to have any excuse to come back again. I did enough that will be OK for my applications. How much did they charge you per document ? |
Travel › Re: Thread for South Korea prospective students by Godsonice(m): 6:07am On May 23, 2017 |
saintandsinnerz: All these documents can't cost you 27000! And what are you legalising birth certificate for? I came in on Monday and finished everything the same day. The amount I mentioned is for express charge. Normal official price is far below that but it will take some days. That's it bro. |

saintandsinnerz: go and check Chungnam national university and jeju university, google them and see their requirements. I don't think they demand Korean sponsor. I'm not into language programme so I don't normally look into them. Hannam University... They don't need a sponsor. This is what their fee looks like. You can also help me to narrow it down. Thanks

WILL10: Okay, so lemme share my thoughts here.
1). High School Diploma Transcript refers to the academic records (preferably from your JSS-3 till SSCE-3) obtained from your Secondary School. Go meet them and have them issue it to you with a stamp and signature from the current Principal. (i still have my own copy).
2). WAEC certificate refers to the photocopy of your ORIGINAL WAEC Certificate(Not testimonial or Statement of Result). No need for WAEC transcript 'cos WAEC is a certification exam body, so there isn't any.
3). Take clear copies of these docs to the notary public(usually found around any Magistrate/High-Court premises around you), and have them stamp and officially attest it with High court stamps/signature and a notary officer's stamp/signature.
That's all.
NB: All these are not for free as there are financial implications for them services. so be prepared!
Hope it helps. Cheers. Thanks so much my brother for this useful information. Presently I'm in Lagos and where I did my secondary education is faraway Cross River State. Can I use my degree result and transcript which I have here with me in replacement for the secondary school transcript? Best regards! |

This is the response I got from one university for a language program. " Will you apply for D-4 VISA? If yes, please check a application form. Our fall semester will be starting from 1st of September, so you can still apply our program. In order to apply our regular course, some documents are required. 1. Fill out the attached application form (attached) 2. One form of study plan written in English within one page (e.g. What made you interested in Korean, or what you want to do after finishing our course, etc) 3. High school diploma and transcript, both of them should be notalized by Korean embassy as well as translated into English. 4. A bank statement under an applicant name(obtaining over USD9,000) If one of your family members can prove that much of amount, additionally turn in a family relationship certificate. Thanks for attention to our institute! Hope you have a good day! Best regards," The number 3 option needs some clarification. WILL10: Hello ADBASH,
I must commend your patience and perseverance till now concerning your admission.
To start with, the Prof. may have her reasons for asking you to re-apply by summer. I suggest you strictly adhere to her advice and just send-in your applications once more. Usually, Professors with little or no external funding have to depend largely on their institution to fund a student they admit, and this student has to face huge competitions from other prospective students like himself, wishing to come to other departments in that same institution, hence, the often rejections.
She may have got a green-light as to her own case regarding admission and that may clearly be the reason she had asked you to send-in once again this summer. Abeg, dust your documents again, re-package am, find money and have it processed ASAP. My humble take on that.
I would like to know your major and research focus. I could also help you pull some strings here @KIT if your major is purely IT and /or Electronics Engineering inclined.
Cheers. Please I need help with list of universities that does language program so that I can apply. Thanks |
