I was in Pietermaritzburg in 1998 and I found it difficult to believe that I was still in Africa .it was Europe in Africa. The hospital I worked then was like a paradise. Patient under my care were treated with dignitaries and respect. Hospital environment was second to none. South Africa are just unfortunatel to be part of Africa.
