Ekweremadu not confirming the donor kidney status may due the fact that Nigerian hospital may not have the medical instrument/equipment for the test.Hence, he decided to do everything abroad. Ekweremadu daughter may also be in London whose kidney may be used for comparison with the donor.

- supposedly the kid didnt even know he was in that UK hospital for kidney transplant. really?
- how did they get the kid to fly accross the world and enter hospital, if he wasnt in on the scam?
- we all know that so many desperate [b]Nigerians/Africans/Indians etc are openly selling their kidneys for $5-8K.

Manhattan alone houses more foreign diplomats and Nationals from various parts of the world than Lagos, yet their roads and infrastructure and world class.

Lagos problem has nothing to do with non indigenes, it's a case of excessive waste of the state's resources by the ruling cabal which I believe you know.

Mushin/idi-araba roads and most interconnecting roads across Lagos are hellish.

What you said is true, aside fashola's TINUBU's BRT innovation, there's nothing special about Lagos.

In the 90s there use to be running water from Lagos State water cooperation supplying water to all the household in the state, today if you don't have borehole where you live, be prepared to be buying water from mallams.

Are we forgetting traffic robberies, insecurity, high crime rate, thuggery... etc.

If not for the Port that opened the door to foreign companies, lagos would have be a Shadow of itself by now. Cos the tax it receives doesn't correspond with the development and security on ground.

My friend works with a foreign Martine company in V.I (I will withhold name for prosterity measures) they have been seeking to start inland maritime transportation in Lagos but lagos state government won't allow because they feel it will sabotage Tinubu Lekki toll gate proceeds and also local government NURTW proceeds. Can you imagine ?

This is a real time probelm .Lagos State government no serious

In 1991, Apapa was very decent, with scenic views and you could take a proper boat ride to Marina. Go to Apapa today, everywhere Jaga Jaga.

Lagos is very simple. Your have the major Highways; Ikorodu road, apapa-oworonski, berger to Island via 3mb, constain to Apapa, bonny camp to Epe, iganmu to Badagry, Empire mushin to Sango. Lagos don finish so.
Aside Iganmu to Badagry that Fashola worked on (although very low and until date, the work never pass iyana iba) and addition BRT to Ikorodu road and expansion from Mile12 to Ikorodu garage (still by fahsola), the Fraudulent expansion of ozumba mbadiwe to Abraham adesanya, there not been any major substantial improvement in Lagos vis-a-vis the revenue.

Lagos Island in 1991 was more orderly than it is today. Go and check
