This came straight from the UK police. They gave these statements to the media. If it’s a lie then their lawyers should be suing the police and the news outlet rather than agencies in Nigeria, right? Why hasn’t the lawyer released a statement denying these claims?

The truth remains that Ekeremadu didn't cover himself properly. Maybe he forgot the UK law. if he did he will have a video evidence of the boy stating the fact that he is willing to donate his kidney without any form of coersion or incentivation.

That single evidence would have thrown the case off the court.
