40manlappy: This is an interesting find in view of how assessment bodies have "short-changed" ICAN professionals. This matter was discussed extensively in the previous thread.
Bros, if possible, kindly share that portion of the ECA summary for all concerned to be updated. Please blur all your personal details. Thanks!

cochtrane: If summary is bachelor's (three years), they might actually be referring to the bachelor's from the university and not to the ICAN degree Hilarious! whan it was only ICAN I evaluated. I guess WES must be a spiritual organization then...lol |

cochtrane: I don't think so. You have proof for this? Yes off course. My wife's ECA is on her ICAN and it was evaluated as Bachelors degree |

cochtrane: They don't evaluate ICAN as an additional degree. If you have ATS though, don't fail to add it. WES evaluates that as a one-year college diploma. ICAN is evaluated as Bachelors degree |

Seniors I need your help...
I used my online ECA report date to enter the EE pool it was dated June 13 and I noticed now that the date on the hard copy received is June 29. I received ITA on August 2nd. Will the difference in date be an issue even though same report number was quoted? |

slyman187: Hi guys. Please i would like to know if its possible to do alagbon pcc by proxy. I ask because i stay very far up north and with work and having to move with family, its going to be a real hassle to get to lag. It would really save me a great deal of stress if its possible. Kindly share any helpful info You can get Alagbon PCC at the CID department of the Police Headquarters in your state of residence. You do not need to go to Lagos for this. This applies to ALL states |

ugoiyke79e: Your spouse and kids are already included in your application so no need to list them again. anyone with step children or legally adopted kids shld also include them in d main application.
for the part asking other family members not included in your application, you shld just list your parents/step parents, brother, sisters, step siblings, siblings legally adopted by your parents..these are d accepted family members. dDo we do same for accompanying chidren? I guess no need to fill their siblings and parents details sice it's already in the application as well .. right? |

ugoiyke79e: If I were in your shoes, I would err on the side of caution. I dont enjoy being worried. I would re-do the pcc and get one from Alagbon properly filled. U still have tym... Infact, the destination " Canada" is even type written in mine. I didnt go to Lagos. You can do as advised and send your thumbprinted forms to lagos either via a friend or through trusted staff contacts shared here by people whose applications have gone through to ppr. This is my own opinion....u may wish to do or not.....
I dont really undastand u # 4 question. could u make it a bit clearer? Thanks for your response. The 4th question is this: When completing the PR application form where you are to list other family members not part of this application. Do we list only ones extended family like father, mother, brothers and sisters or do we also include our immediate family like spouse and kids? |

[quote author=GoldenJem post=59223814]Good day everyone I wish you all a very fulfilling week as far as our Canada Journey is concerned. I have the following questions:
1. I did my PCC in Benin through the State Police Headquarters which they processed to Alagbon and they gave me after two days. I hope it's ok. The coloured certificate says issued in Benin but it has a stamp of Central criminal registry Lagos.
2.The part on the coloured certificate where it says the certificate was issued for the holder to travel to (dash)......... was not filled though I filled Canada on the white finger prints form hope no issues with this.
3. The PCC was given to me on 22nd June and my ITA is August though not yet expired I hope I can still use it.
4. In completing the PR application under other Family members is it ok to add the names if ones immediate family traveling with you like spouse and children to other Family members like brothers sisters, father and mother and repeat same for spouse and children.
Hello all, please I need answers. Thanks |

Canadianfly: Please I am interested on how you achieved this. SO if I go to any Police HQ in my location, they can give me a form to fill and process it in Lagos? Yes you can approach any Police Headquarters Criminal Investigation Department |
