Who is this? In this current age can someone be this ignorant or you are among those paid peanuts to mortgage the future generations? You and your likes are a disgrace to delta state and the black race in general for supporting those impoverishing the continent for their own greed, you are not even better than those who sold their kins for a piece of cloth or mirror because you choose not to learn from history. Keep it up till reality dawns on you.

The question is who are you?
You all non deltans shout "crucify him, he's a criminal" because that is the story you were sold.
Reality is he made his money from oil. He worked for the state and he was a good governor. The best delta state has ever had (yet)

Where are you even from?

Foot note.
For someone who joined Nairaland 3 days ago to have spent over 9hrs 30mins, you sure are buying in truckloads the stories social media and the internet sells.
I'm done replying you.

He and his wife were convicted broke petty credit card thieves in the uk and also in nigeria before he became governor and amassed so much wealth from delta state coffers....After nearly 20 years of misrule and looting with nothing reasonable to show for the huge annual allocations and high debt burden of the state you are still singing praises for the visionless greedy theives in PDP and you are supposedly educated? Who has bewitched you with so much foolishness?

To add...hope you are aware crude oil would become worthless soon? and by then these visionless criminals you praise would have stolen more than enough for they and their generations and most likely obtain citizenship of some advanced country, while you and your generations would be stuck with nothing left but a huge debt and a much battered economy.
You all shouting he stole! he stole! what is your proof?
He got his money from oil. He was the king of the creeks. He worked for Delta state. He developed the whole state greatly. He employed so many deltans.
He is still loved because he was a good leader. You people should let him be.
We like him like that abeg. hian!

Such an unfortunate child to be born out of wedlock...
She already looks so unhappy with life.

This is a mistake that could have been prevented by either a condom, a pill or a good pull-out game
You don't just say things because you feel like talking. You are obviously not a parent to call an innocent child unfortunate.
Always bridle your tongue.

started reading novels (Mills and boon and pacesetters) before I was 7.
I used to read it in the toilet so my older siblings won't see me.
I have bought sooo many books but I recently stopped lending out, people don't return them and I have read so many too. I've lost count of the number of books I've bought and read too

Hmmm.soothing. People are making me feel bad. Its as if I am stupid to take care of your woman.
Its not stupid to take care of your woman or anybody for that matter. Take it that you are doing for God not her.
From your opening post, I don't think she loves or even likes you. No one in love can stay 4 months without keeping in touch with who she loves.
If she loves you, she would agree to marry you but may insist on waiting till she graduates to start having children.

On the other hand, I don't think you love her as well. What you feel is most likely lust, as no one in love would say he doesn't mind if another guy has sex with her as long as you've had with her. Its a no no.
My take on this is that you can help just for the sake of help without expectations or you let her go if you cannot afford to just help her.

A very wise father I must say. There are very effective non violent ways to handle children, that brings out the best in them.
Sometimes children who are beaten too often, develop thick skins and behave badly bracing themselves to collect the beating.
FamilyRe: If You Were In His/her Shoes... by goldwaters(f): 1:52pm On Feb 04, 2017
The husband should have explained the situation to the babe there and then and given her money to take public transport.
He should have gone home with his wife to sort things out, except he's tired of the marriage.
FamilyWhat Would You Do In Her Shoes? by goldwaters(op): 12:42pm On Feb 04, 2017
I was hanging out with my friends yesterday evening oh, so we ordered for fresh fish and drinks, the next person beside us came in with his girlfriend and ordered drinks and fish too. They were drinking and holding their hands together, the lady was resting on the guys shoulder. So these people were having fun, before we knew it, a woman walked in with a baby not more than 4 months. She dragged a chair and came to join the man doing ROMANCE With his girlfriend. The girl was looking at the woman with such a Surprising look, while the man was so quiet.
Then the woman called the Bar attendant "please give me a bottle of malt and Fresh fish" and they served her. Then her baby started crying.......

FamilyDo You Have A Favorite Child? by goldwaters(op): 9:05pm On Feb 02, 2017
Do you love all your children unconditionally and equally?

Growing up, some of us had this feeling of not being loved as much as our siblings by one of our parents or both as the case may be.

Some others knew they could get away with things some or all of their siblings won't get away with or we could get things from our parents that our siblings won't be given if they asked.

Being a parent now, we may or may not have realised that we have favorites. But its possible that we are drawn more to a particular child because of the nature of that child appealing to us.

Favoritism can be expressed by......

I think the number 1 issue here is that we have not defined 'problematic' , some comments have limited it to being stubborn , hmm. I know of a family where they adopted a child ( a baby).. she has grown to be 10 years, she cant walk, talk properly, feed herself.. I don't know the exact word for this but im sure there is.. cos its not imbecillism.. They have been carrying this burden, but believe me, it is not easy at all.
problematic in every relatable aspect. stubbornness, sickness, spiritual wahala, etc
