Perhaps Greg is their pops' name. But they live on the Island and I swear there's a street named after them as well in the same axis.

The red Ferrari definitely looks like one of their cars. They also have the vintage Rolls Royce, a new Rolls Royce phantom, porsches, and all kinds of mad exotic cars. It seems their pops just collect cars cos they have so many crazy cars.
NO, the red Ferrari guy stays in my estate, his wife uses it.

Hello everyone, I am offering my personal plot of land for sale at the Adiva Plainfields, managed by ARM Investment. I purchased this but unfortunately have to sell due to some pressing needs. This sale will be handled by ARM real estate themselves so you can be assured that there will be 100% legitimacy. This is a gated estate with its own very lake, the advantages are many and you can make your own findings too. I have zero tolerance for scams so please dont bring it. This is a very good buy and i regret selling but due to pressing educational demands ( Masters degree) i have to let it go. You can reach me on sellmyadiva@gmail.com I opened this email specifically for this, i am a nairaland member but opened this account for this purpose. The price is 8M ..ARM is selling for 8.6 .. OPEN TO NEGOTIATION. Please feel free to do your research on current price. Thank you
Location? What are the title documents.

hahaha i wonder your age, sorry for saying that but your logic is too childish and sounded like someone with low IQ. Ok from what you just asked me let me ask you, why check on forbes.com the richest men in the world you would have asked your friends to check there bank accounts to know if they are the richest.

There are standards to every thing and bodies responsible for each standard. Just like a lawyer would have an LLB and an Engineer would have B.Eng the same applies to the information you are sourcing.

Trust me gal you have nothing i envy, unless you have God more than me that's the only thing i can envy.

Thank me later gaal grin grin grin
Please face your "pant and bra" business,if you 've got no sensible contribution.

Off the top of my head:

Mainland
Ikeja G.R.A
Ogudu G.R.A
Magodo Shangisha
Apapa G.R.A
Shonibare Estate, Maryland

Island
Osborne Foreshore. Ikoyi
Parkview Estate, Ikoyi
Victoria Garden City, Ajah
Friends Colony Estate, Lekki
Chevyview Estate, Lekki
Carlton Gate Estate, Lekki

If resources isn't an issue, then Banana Island, Ikoyi fits the bill.
GRA Ikeja is not safe at all,my friend stays on Ladipo Bateye and he has been robbed twice and i have heard of robberies, car vandalism and bag snatching on Esugbayi crescent.
Apapa GRA is cool and serene but safety?

I need suggestions from those who live or have knowledge of the the safest and most privates estates in Lagos. The company I work for intends to build a staff quarters for expatriates to save money on hotels and rents, going long-term.

Please I need this information urgently and honestly as I have being placed in charge of the building committee. And, the requirements are that the estate should have record of being secure, with good security and private. People can not just flock in and out of the estate when they have no business there.

If this can be on frontpage, I would appreciate.
I have been living in Parkview Estate Ikoyi for the past 15years and there's been no incident of robbery or a threat to the peace and safety of the residents. It's very serene and the residents are peaceful.

People seem to forget that Don JaZzy was a member of the Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim. Where visions and dreams are dreamt as well as having an array of visioners who have no scruples whatsoever in dealing with enemies the spiritual way.

I bet his dad is still an elder (Alagba) in that church, by the time those visioners and prophet light 7 sticks of candle and burn 7 (999) incense on Olamide's head, his case will be worse than D'banj.

A word is enough for the wise. LMAO.
Olamide's mother is still alive,if you are yoruba you will understand better.
Besides donjazzy is not GOD,golliath had been a warrior and won so many battles before David was born, but when they met the story changed.

You're 1000% right. All the songs he did are all hit songs. Iyanya featured him in Gift, it was a hit . Psquare featured him in Collabo, it was a hit. He only said Korede Bello and Don Jazzy in Godwin, the song became a hit.
Don Jazzy is the Nigerian version of Rick Ross. If you come for Rick Ross, he will end your career. Rick Ross ended 50 cent and Jay Z's career.
